"Is this your debut song, Jade?" Suzy asked as she read through the lyrics. She was in awe, the song was awesome for a rookie girlgroup like us. 

"I was shocked when they gave us the song. Mantha told me that this song has been improved by more than two professionals. No wonder this song is so great" Jade said to Suzy

"So envious! We debuted with an okay song, but its great to see that my besties got a great song for their debut. It's a great start, buddy" she smiled, "Anyway, I gotta get going. Hani wants me to take her around the KBS building"

"Bye.." Suzy waved as she entered her waiting room, she's the MC for today's Music Bank.

 

Jade went back to The Aphrodite's waiting room, and the girls are still getting their hair and costume done. They look beautiful, and just.. different from the other rookies. 

"Hani-yah, get your hair and costume done as soon as possible! I'm so sick of waiting" Jade joked

Hani pouted and grabbed Jade's hand, "Why are you so mean lately? Is it because your Korean has improved?" 

"Aniyo. I'm just joking" Jade smiled and back-hugged Hani, "Anyway, is this going to be done in 15 minutes? Let's walk around afterwards..." 

"Jade-ssi, we need to retouch your make-up, and I don't think this hairstyle suit you" one of the stylists said

I sighed, "So I need to sit there for an hour again? Bad luck, no point of coming two hours earlier than the others"

"You came here two hours before the scheduled time?" Chelly asked

Jade nodded and sat on the chair to get her hair restyled.

 

YooMi, who just had her costume and hair done, walked to Hani and sat on her lap, "Unnie-yah! I'll take you around the building. My brother took me here when he did his promotion, and I guess he'll be here in 5 minutes. Okay? I don't want to look funny, walking around the building alone, with my stage costume" 

Hani poked her hair gently, "So.. Why did you guys seemed to love me so much today?" she laughed

YooMi smirked, "Not exactly. We've never loved you, so now's the only time I'll love you" she giggled

"Alright! No point of coming with you there.." she pouted

YooMi laughed, "Stop acting weak, Unnie! You're so muscular at home, show the sunbaes you're qualified to join the Dream Team"

"Oh, I might if Minho's oppa is still there.." she blushed, "I don't like him, alright! I respect him as my senior"

"Perfect! You look beautiful, Hani-ssi" the stylist said, "You can just look around as you wait for the members" 

"Let's go!" YooMi said and dragged me out of the room

 

YooMi took out her phone and checked her phone, "Oh, Unnie! My brother's room is just across the elevator, let's just visit them first"

"Your brother's Myungsoo right? Is he a celebrity as well?" Hani asked bluntly

"Obviously. He's a member of Infinite, have you heard about them?" 

"Infinite? Are you serious? I heard Infinite and Teen Top are so popular these days.." Hani said, "No wonder you have a lot of Infinite posters on your wall"

"Wait! I am not proud of my brother, just letting the whole world know that HE IS my brother" YooMi said 

"That means that YOU ARE proud of him, dumbo! So, which one is the room?" Hani said as she pointed room number 16 and 17, which are both across the elevator

YooMi stared at the door for a few seconds, looking like a , "So which one? I have no idea!" she laughed

"Just knock? You better knock since you have a better apperance than I do" Hani joked

"So? What's the point? You have a better body curve than I do, Unnie!" she giggled, "Let's try number 16, then!"

 

YooMi stood closely to the door, until she could touch the door with her nose, "Hmm, I think I heard my brother's voice.." and knocked

"Myungsoo, oppa!" she yelled as she opened the door

"OH! Saesang fan?" Hoya shouted as soon as he saw YooMi and Hani in front of the door, "Are you guys our saesang fan? But why.. but why does one of you look like our Myungsoo?" he stupidly asked

"Me?" Hani pointed to herself

"Aniyo!" I stepped on her feet, "Anyeonghaseyo, Hoya Oppa! My name is Sung Yoo, I'm Myungsoo's little sister" 

Hani then stepped forward and bowed as well, "Anyeonghaseyo, my name is Oh Hani of The Aphrodite"

"The Aphrodite?" Woohyun asked

Hani and YooMi nodded at the same time, "Why?"

Sungjong, the maknae, laughed loudly after hearing that we're members of The Aphrodite, "That! I'm sorry that I laughed. It's just that its funny how Hoya has always been excited about your team's debut stage. He has been talking about The Aphrodite since the first teaser came out, he's such a big fan. But, look at him, he didn't even recognized you guys" he giggled

"The worst thing is.. he even thought that you're a saesang fan" Dongwoo said, "Oh right! Today's your debut stage? So, good luck to you guys" 

We smiled and the feeling inside the room became akward, as they started to continue with what they're doing before we came

 

"What's with all the noise just now?" a fine-looking guy came inside the room, right, he is Kim Myungsoo, YooMi's older brother

"Oppa!" YooMi called and ran to hug him while dragging Hani with her by the hand

"How's life? You like being a star?" Myungsoo asked

"I'm still not used to it.." YooMi pouted, "Oh! Oppa, this is Hani, a member of the group as well" 

"Anyeonghaseyo, my name is Hani, nice to see you" Hani introduced herself while looking down

Myungsoo smiled and gave her a pat on the shoulder, "You're cute!" 

"WOOOO! Even the Myungsoo could praise her beauty!" Woohyun teased, "All hail the beauty queen!" he added

Hani face turned red and she couldn't speak at all

"Unnie! You're embarrassed?" YooMi asked Hani, "I guess Hani's gonna be the most popular member to the Infinite's member, huh? Not me?"

"Yes!" Sungkyu said accidentally making YooMi pout once again

Hoya came to YooMi and rubbed her head, "Don't worry, Oppa's your forever fan!" 

"Get your hands off her! She's mine" Dongwoo complained making the room burst into laugher

"I hope Hani and Myungsoo could get along well, and YooMi could stop Hoya and Dongwoo from arguing" Sungjong said and left the room, "I'm going to wee" he added

 

MUSIC BANK STUDIO 

After the girls rehearsed for nearly ten times, repeating the same dance moves as well as singing the same song, they were really exhausted. Mantha, the maknae, wasn't in a good condition that day, but she survived until the end, due to the support from fans that were cheering for their debut stage

"You guys are doing great! Don't worry, this is going to the the final take and it's done!" the manager said

"How about the song 'Chance'?" Jimy asked

"Oh! That's the special stage, so it's gonna be in the next three hours. Don't worry and rest well" he said

"We're not wearing this costume, right? Honestly, this costume is really uncomfortable. I can't believe the other stars could wear it for the whole day" Chelly complained

"We've prepared dresses for that song, it's comfy! Just rest well for now, girls" he said, "Are you ready for the final take?"

"Yes!" the girls said in unison

 

Their fanchant was amazingly loud, they were amazed and was overjoyed hearing cheers from their fans. The girls didn't know that the studio was full of the fans, and after the manager told them that, they started to bow and thank them for coming all the way to watch them perform their song. 

"Anyeonghaseyo, my name is Hani, the rapper of the group" 

"Anyeonghaseyo, my name is Chelly, the face of the group" she blushed

"Anyeonghaseyo, I am Jade the Dancing Diva" she then showed her y-glare

"Anyeonghaseyo, I am Samantha Jung, nice to meet you!" she waved

"Anyeonghaseyo, my name is YooMi, the voice of the group" she giggled and hugged Hani, who's standing beside her.

"Anyeonghaseyo, my name is Jimy, and I'm The Aphrodite's leader, nice to meet you" Jimy said, "I was in awe watching you guys cheering for us. We were really touched and you gave us strength to finish our final take. We're really new at this, and I hope we won't disappoint any of you guys here. Please keep supporting us, and I promise to give you guys the best performance"

"We're the six guardian angels, we're The Aphrodite!" the girls said in unison and bowed

 

The girls then changed their dress and killer heels into a more comfortable outfit for their 'Chance' performance...

 

So this is how the girls begin their life as idols
