Ever since I came back to Seoul, I've been bullied. Girls would pick on me, and boys would say i'm not pretty enough. The only person who would help me was my bestfriend, Aya (Ay-ah). Would there be others too? Each day would go by and each day, I would get hurt because of them. That's when I decided to be mute. No one could bully me any more because of my "injury". Infact, since I wouldn't talk, they wouldn't even know I'm there. But sometimes, being mute from others is tough. The only time I talk is when I'm alone with Aya. She knows my secret, and keeps urging me to talk to others. She hates seeing me write on my notepad all the time. I wonder, why doesn't she get bullied? Maybe it's because she knows more Korean than me.
