Chapter Eighteen- Hurt Because I’m Hurt!

Ann’s POV

“Do not touch her!” The voice said. Well I can’t see it because my eyes was close because I’m scared of what she is gonna do to me. When I opened my eyes I saw.

“Xander!” I shouted. The girl ran to some other direction.

“Ann, Are you okay?” He said to me as I hug him.

Narrator’s POV

Ann & Xander we’re hugging each other, But they didn’t even notice that there is
a Furious James at the back of them. James is so very furious he feels like he wanted
to punch someone. They we’re like hugging for almost 2 minutes when someone 
cleared . It was Fretzie.

Fretzie’s POV

We we’re walking to the cafeteria because someone told us that a & Ann are fighting we we’re almost there when we saw Ann & Xander hugging..Aww..they look cute together! It was a very wonderful moment but I guess I have to cut it off 
because I’m so so hungry!

“Ahem!” I said catching their attentions.

“Oh..I’m sorry..”Ann said as she bowed her head.

“No..Its okay..I just wanted you to know that I am so so hungry.” She said.

“Can we eat now?”

“Uhm..I’m going to class now” Xander said as we bid our good byes to him.

“Lets go!” 

Ann’s POV

We we’re like talking quietly when someone cleared their throats. And we turned our 
head it was the “GUYS”

“Can we barrow them for a second?” Bret asked me? What Bret why would she 
borrow them.

“Why?” 

“Can’t a boyfriend borrow his girlfriend?” He asked. Wait did I just heard it right 
girlfriend? 

“Okay!” I said. But before they go I gave Fretzie a Explain-To-Me Everything-Thats-
Happening-Look. She nodded & they went out the cafeteria.

I was already done eating when I saw James. Wow(WOE) He’s not making out with a girl! What a great news.

“Ann, we need to talk.” He said to me as he pushed me towards the wall.

“What’s your problem?!” I shouted him. Aww..My back hurts!

“My problem is why are you flirting with a guy?!”

“Why the heck would you care?!” 

“Why would you care?!” 

“WTF! You answered the same! Okay this is none sense!” I shouted at him & walked 
away from the scene. I was walking when I heard some gossips like:

“DO YOU KNOW THAT ANN & JAMES ARE TOGETHER?”

“& ANN IS EVEN FLIRTING WITH THAT NEW HANDSOME GUY”

WTF?!

It was an awful afternoon for me. It was almost dismissal when Ms. Gomez again announced that she will announce the two other partners tomorrow. We all nodded, And went outside the classroom. 

I arrive at my house at around 10 PM. Why I went to the bar with my friends we 
had a drink. After that drink I felt a little bit dizzy & my visions are getting blured.

“Ann, Where the hell did you go?” Kuya Ben Asked me.

“Bar”

“Why?” 

“I don’t know, Hang out maybe.” I said to him feeling dizzy.

“You better go to bed” He said to me as he support me on my way to my room.

“Goodnight” He said as he kiss me on the forehead. He was about to open the door 
when I suddenly spoke.

“It Hurts”

“What hurts?”

“Here” I said as I pointed to my heart.

“Why does he have to be like that again? It hurts when I see him with another girl!
It hurts when I saw him happy like everyone else, It hurts to see him enjoying his life without sadness in his eyes, I hate him. Does he have feelings?! Does he get hurt?!
Is he dumb for him to know that girls are not toys?! Why is he playing with every girls heart?! I mean what the hell?! Why am I saying this?! He’s not important to me?! 
What the hell would I care if he got jealous of you?!” I said to my brother As he 
patted my back. I was crying that time.

“Just go to sleep & remove all that negative thoughts of yours” He said as he went 
out my room.

Do I love him for saying those words? He hurt me & still I love him? Is that even physical? Well I guess I have to move on. He have moved on right? So now its time
for me. I can’t believe I’m hurt because I’m hurt. It really hurts to fall inlove. You can’t even sleep. Ugh! Better go to sleep I still have boring classes tomorrow.
