Chapter 10: Finale

8 years later~

A certain man stands under the gloomy sky, his head lowered as he tried hide his tears. He chuckles brokenly and looks at the tomb in front of him. There inscripted was the name of his lover.

Zhang Yixing

1991-2017

He carelessly chuckles and soon his chuckles turned into a mournful sobs.

"After the tragic day where I lost you....

After 6 years later where I changed who I am and where everyone changes and moved on...

I finally moved on...

I found someone that looks exactly like you Yixing...

And his name is Lay...

I fell in love with him and loved him dearly when he was in my hands...

We became a couple for 2 years....

And I didn't even bother to know about him...

After that day when Kris told him that Lay didn’t survive, he wasn’t able to accept the fact. The fact that Lay, his Yixing, has left him. He begged and pleaded to Kris to bring him back. But Kris just looked at him with pity and shakes his head.

“I’m sorry Junmyeon. But we can’t do anything.”

Is what he said before he left and the others just stayed there and cried. Suho couldn’t accept it. He couldn’t accept the only person he loved and cherished with all his life died twice.

He couldn’t accept it.

“Yixing…ah…” He choked out. A familiar tall boy comes and places a hand on his shoulder.

“Yeah?”

“Junmyeon hyung…” He called out to the older. Suho smiles and wiped off his tears. He sniffs and bid him farewell.

“I love you so much…and Goodbye. I’ll be back after a month, okay?”

“Okay, I love you too, Junmyeon hyung. Be back after a month, okay?”

Junmyeon smiles warmly and turns over to Chanyeol, who gave him a sad smile.

“Let’s go?” The younger asks and the older nodded. They walked together to the asylum van. Chanyeol looks back and a frown is clearly evident in his face. He looks at Suho and shakes his head.

Suho entered the van followed by Chanyeol. As they took their sit, Chanyeol asks with a croaky voice and a smile.

“So what did you and Yixing hyung talk about?”

Suho’s face lit up and started to talk about what he and Yixing talked. While listening, Chanyeol thought to himself.

‘Yixing hyung is dead, hyung. When will you accept that? When will you stop thinking that Yixing hyung is alive? Please…I don’t want to see you in the asylum anymore…please.’
