This poem is for all the people who don't know they are strong. I hope you take this poem and I hope it helps you with your journey through life.

You are strong.

You are strong,

You are strong,

Those whose say your not,

What they see in you is wrong.

You are stronger than they think you are,

More powerful then they say,

Can't you hear that voice inside of you?

That tells you not to end your life today.

Maybe right now it seems pretty bad,

But really, you can only get to the top once you've hit low,

And even when the waves come crashing in,

The only thing you can do is row.

When the waves try to push you under,

Hold onto the oars and push through it,

Coz if you keep rowing and don't give in,

You can somehow make it.

Just look up to the light up ahead,

Navigate and make your way to that shining star,

Because if you dont give in, if you stay strong,

You can make it that far.
