You felt your heart sink to the bottom of your stomache, and for whatever reason that was beyond you understanding.

He's my best friend, that's not going to change. Besides, we weren't even dating.

You flashed a smile and started to open the door "Okay, we weren't dating for real anyways, see you tomorrow" You laughed and got out of the car. As you walked up to your door you felt something in the back of your throat, something you didn't ever expect.

Next thing you knew a tear fell from your eye as you stepped through the door. You wiped it away and walked up to your room, feeling your phone vibrate on the way, you took it out and looked to see who it was from.

You were hesitant to text back, since you didn't know who it was, but figured it was worth a shot.

You felt better knowing you would get to see Kai, even though he was text BaekHyun earlier in the car. You saved his number before texting him back.

You closed your phone and set it on the bed as you walked towards the bathroom, still feeling that same feeling you had in BaekHyun's car. But it seemed worse now, and, you didn't like it.

He's just a guy Hye. Your best friend, nothing has changed...Right?
