Seohyun and Kyuhyun made a little promise, is that they would Love each other, even to the extent of sacrificing their own lives for each other. When Seohyun gets knocked by a car, and she's bleeding severely, the doctor needs a blood donor, but the donor will be at risk of complications. Kyuhyun volunteers, and will he make it out of the surgery room alive? 

Its either Seohyun gives him his life, or kyuhyun gives Seohyun his soul.
