As you & Kassie entered room B1A4, the teacher, Mr. Alvarado was getting mad at some students. You pushed Kassie to go in first, then you went in. "Leave the sheet on my desk & go sit down," the teacher said pointing to his desk. You did as told & went to go sit down. Next to each other duh! The teacher called out the names for attendance then passed out the schedules "What you have 1st period?" You asked Kassie "history, you?" she looked at you "Mmm...I have language arts," you took Kassie's schedule "we're on the same team :D butonly have two classes together -.-" you frowned "Which ones?" Kassie asked "Math, with some dude named Malik & P.E, and we got the same lunch period good I guess," you said. Suddenly the morning announcements came on "Good morning, and welcome students!" The principal greeted "My name Is Mrs. Smith, and we're happy the school is full of new people, some not that new" the principal coughed. "Anyways, in a few minutes we will be ringing the first period bell, you have exactly 5 minutes to get to class, Have a nice day & don't be late," she turned off the intercom. "Alright students, you heard the principal, get your stuff ready," Mr. Alvarado ordered and the students followed. Few minutes later the bell rang. Everybody took off and some stayed in the same classroom. Room B6 was your language arts class. When you walked in the first thing you saw was the desks, they were arranged in groups of two. "Great" you whispered. You took seat far from the teacher's desk next to a window. Now you just had to wait to see who was going to sit next to you or if you were gonna be alone. Time passed by & no one sat next to you. Good. You couldn't stand most of the population in Donna. Class was about to start when Mrs. Smith came in. "Mrs. Castellano, we have another student," they both smiled. Mrs. Smith motioned the student to come in, but didn't. Everybody was eager to see the student. "We'll I'm gonna go now, have a nice day students," the principal smiled & left. "Class, we have a new student, well actually we're all new here, but this student comes from another country," Mrs. Castellano smiled & went outside. She walked in with a guy with dark brown hair and amazingly beautiful dreamy eyes. He looked quiet, nervous, scared, but a little weird, like if he did something wrong & felt guilty about it. But yet, really good looking & caught your attention. "Please introduce yourself," Mrs. Castellano turned to the rest of the class "you all are gonna do something similar right now," she smiled "" you said to yourself. You hated talking in front of people! You felt weird & out of place. "My name is Cho Kyu Hyun," the guy's voice pushed your thoughts aside "My family & I just moved in here a few days ago, & established in our house today in the morning. We come from a far away and beautiful place, Seoul, Korea" he smiled & looked at you. "!" You looked away. "Thanks Kyuhyun, take a seat where ever you want, we have some available," Mrs. Castellano said happy. Kyuhyun looked at the empty seats. You were looking out the window & didn't notice he was standing next to the seat next to you. "Excuse me," he said softly. You turned. "Is someone sitting here?" He asked nervous. "Hmm.. No," you answered. "Well can I..... Uhh... Sit here? It's ok if you say no," he sounded more nervous. "No no, it's ok you can sit there," you said & looked out the window again. That fear of blushing man!!! "Can I ask what your name is?" Kyuhyun turned & you looked away from the window. You were about to say it when Mrs. Castellano interrupted. "I want you to get to know your partner, they're gonna be your partners for the rest of the year unless I have to move you for certain reasons," she started passing out index cards to the students. "I want you to write the questions that are on the board & ask them to your partners," she went back to her desk & started working on some papers. Both of you were done writing but you were too nervous to talk first. There was an awkward silence for like about 5 minutes until Kyuhyun decided to speak. "Uhh.... I'll start," he cleared his throat "What is your name?" He looked at you. "Nadia," you answered fast "Nadia," he said like if he was examinating it "pretty name," he smiled & looked back at the index card "What do you like to do in your free time?" He looked up. "Listen to music," you replied. He looked at your shirt & smiled. "This is not part of the question but, what kind of music do you listen to?" He asked with a smile. You blushed. "You're gonna think I'm weird if I tell you," you nervously smiled. "Well you look pretty normal to me & everybody's weird," he smiled again. Man his smile can make you die! "Ok uh..." You began "I listen mainly to Rock/Screamo, I LOVE Kpop & Jrock & hate American rap & listen to a little bit of American pop. Oh & some electric bands like BOTDF," you confessed. He leaned closer. "You like Asian music?" He asked surprised "Yeah, so?" You said kinda nervous. "Just asking, cause you know, I come from Korea & I'm asian so I just feel honored," he smiled again! You gulped "Anyway, let's get back to the questions," he turned to his index card "Last question, how was your summer?" He looked up "Boring, I didn't go anywhere interesting,"you said "ok your turn," he said as he finished writing down the answer. "Ok, what's your name?" You said fast trying to finish so you'll stop talking to him. He made you so freaking nervous! "Kyuhyun, I already know the questions so..... In my free time I like to be alone in my room and think about stuff & sometimes read and my summer was ok, with all the moving subject, it got interesting," he said as if he read your mind. You finished writing the stuff down when Mrs. Castellano spoke "Alright students, time is up, & we only have 10 minutes of class left so put away your stuff and leave the index cards on that box when you go out," she pointed at a purple box that said "1st pd" A pretty redheaded girl with wavy hair went up to Kyuhyun "Hi my name is Sabrina, what do you have next period?" She asked playing with her hair "Ughh " you thought "I have Science(:" Kyuhyun said looking at his schedule "Omg!!! Me too :D" she said "That is -.-" you thought to yourself. You looked at your schedule, you had science next period too. "Oh Great Just Great -.-" The bell rang & everyone took off. You could quickly find any classroom in the building. Your mom made you go on a tour on registration day. You saw Kyuhyun kinda lost without Sabrina "I'll take you to your class, start walking," you said nicely. "Thank you very much" he smiled. When you went inside the room you saw the desks were separate "Yes!" You thought. You took seat in the middle section, you never sat in the back. You might think "Why do the sitting arrangement matters!" Well in a ghetto town like Donna, mostly knows as "Ghost Town" it tells you what kind of person you are. The far back is mostly for the ghetto students or popular kids & the front was mostly for loner nerds. The middle was more like your place. "Hey Kyuhyun! Come sit over here c;" you heard Sabrina's voice from the back. "Thanks but I rather sit here," he sat next to you again! "Why didn't you sit with that redhead?" You asked Kyuhyun "Because they say redheads are bad luck & she's kinda weird, o.o" Kyuhyun said in a low voice "She's ,-.-" you said without giving a damn if she heard you. Kyuhyun laughed softly. He got closer and was about to say something when the tardy bell rang & the science teacher appeared in front of the room & talked. "Hello students," he began "My name is Mr. Cruz & I will be your science teacher unless I don't like you," he joked & some people laughed "I'll treat you depending on how you treat ME," he started passing out a sheet of paper to each student "I want you to write your name on here & lay it on your desk," he said. Everyone did as told. When everybody was done Mr. Cruz got up & started walking around the room looking at the students faces as he read their names. He stopped in the middle of you & Kyuhyun "I'm sorry son, how do you pronounce your name?" Mr. Cruz asked Kyuhyun "Kyu-Hyun" he said slowly "you're the transfer student from Korea right?" The teacher asked interested "Yes sir," Kyuhyun replied. "Made any friends yet?" Mr. Cruz asked "Uh... Not yet I don't know if Nadia counts already," Kyuhyun smiled at you "Niceeeee," Mr. Cruz turned to you "you look kinda smart & kids from Korea are very smart too, you two will be two of my brightest students," he smiled "By the way, my niece would love your shirt, she's into those guys," Mr. Cruz smiled and you too "Welcome To Candyland! :D" Mr. Cruz & you laughed. Automatically a cool teacher who knew who "Blood On The Dance Floor" were! And even knew their songs!!! The cool teacher went back to his desk when he was done walking trough the room learning everybody's name. "Pss! Pss! Kyunnie!" You heard Sabrina whisper. Kyuhyun turned "Are you sure you don't want to sit over here?" She said "No I'm fine, thanks," he said "But that girl next to you seems kinda weird," she said looking at you. You pretended you weren't listening or looking but you were hearing everything & looking at her from the corner of your eye "Actually you're the one freaking me out, I don't want to sit there & my name is Kyuhyun," he turned back to the front. "Daayyyyuuuuuummmnnnn!!!" You thought. You turned to see Sabrina's face & it was filled with anger. You smiled. Mr. Cruz's class went by fast! He just explained the rules & the stuff you were going to do throughout the year. Then the 3rd period bell rang.
