“Good Morning, Hyoyeon. Did you sleep well?” Sunny asked.

“Huh, morning. Yea, I quickly went back to sleep.” Hyoyeon lied.

“Really?” Sunny asked. “She looks tired.”

“Yea.” Hyoyeon forced a smile.

“Okay, let’s hurry and eat breakfast before class starts.”

“Okay.”

The two went to the cafeteria. They run into Sungmin. “Hey, guys.” He greeted.

“Hey, Sungmin.” Sunny smiled.

“Hey.” Hyoyeon said.

They got their breakfast and sat. “Oh, look. There’s Eunhyuk!” Sunny pointed. “Eunhyuk!” Sungmin waved. “Hey, guys.” Eunhyuk said. He looked at Hyoyeon, “Hey, Hyoyeon.” Hyoyeon looked up and smiled, “Hi.”

“What’s wrong? You look tired.” He asked.

“Huh, I do?” she touched her face.

“Yea, why?”

“…It’s nothing.”

Sunny looks over, “Did you really go back to sleep or did you lie to me?”

“Uh..i..didn’t really sleep well.”

“So, you lied. You should've woke me up. I’m worried about you, Hyoyeon.” Sunny said.

“What happened?” Sungmin asked.

“I heard her crying in the middle of the night because she was having a nightmare. She looked scared.” Sunny explained.

“What, really?” Sungmin said.

“Yea but I’m fine. It was just a dream.” Hyoyeon said.

Eunhyuk stares at Hyoyeon worried.

“Why are you staring at me like that?” Hyoyeon asked.

“Huh…oh, nothing.” Eunhyuk looks away.

“Okay…oh umm..can you give me your number?”

“Why?” He smirks.

“Cause I have to meet you here but I don’t know when.”

“Oh yeah.” He passes his phone.

“Alright, don’t forget about today, okay?” She smiled.

“I won’t.” He smiled.

The bell rings, “Ugh, time for class.” Sungmin sighed.

So, they each went to their separate classes. Hyoyeon goes to her seat, which is next to the window, and notices an extra desk next to her. “Hey, why’s this desk next to me?” She asked one her classmate. “I heard someone’s coming to this class.” The classmate said. “Oh, okay.”

Hyoyeon sighs and looks through the window. “Will our plan go well today?” She worries.

The teacher, Ms. Kim, comes in with a student. “Good morning! Today, Kibum will be joining our class from now on. Teachers decided it’ll be better for him to join this class since he’s one of the top rank students. Please be nice to him.”

Hyoyeon looks over to the teacher and the student. “What’s he doing here?!” Her eyes widen.

“Oh, is he new here?” one of the classmate shouted.

“Well, kinda. I’ve been here for 3 weeks.” Kibum said.

“Kibum, you can sit at the empty desk over there.” Ms. Kim said.

Hyoyeon tries to hide herself as he walks to her direction. He sits and looks at Hyoyeon instantly. She catches him staring at him. “Hi, I’m Kibum. It’s nice to see you again.” He grinned.

“Why does he have to sit next to me? He’s creepy.”

“Oh, Kibum, if you have any questions, ask me or Hyoyeon. She’s very friendly.” Ms. Kim said.

“Friendly, eh?” He smiled.

Hyoyeon ignores him and takes a book out to read.

The bell rings, class was finished. Hyoyeon rushed out of the class and called Tiffany.

“Tiffany, can I borrow some of your CDs and your pink boombox?” Hyoyeon asked. “Hey, yea sure. Come over and I’ll hand them to you.” Tiffany replied.

Hyoyeon hurried to Tiffany’s room. “Thanks for letting me borrow.”

“No problem, but why do you need it?” Tiffany asked.

“Well, I’ll tell you later.” Hyoyeon smiled.

“Okay, bye.”

“Bye.”

Hyoyeon then called Eunhyuk. “Hey, we can go to the kitchen now.”

“I’m already here and I asked them for permission.” He replied.

“What did they say?” She asked.

“They said yea. Hurry up.” He said.

“Okay, I’ll be there.”

Hyoyeon arrived, “Oh you bought the music?” Eunhyuk asked.

“Yea. I borrowed them from Tiffany.” She replied.

“Alright, wash your hands first. And I already set up the ingredients.”

“Okay, so what do we do?” she asked.

“Watch closely and listen. We take two whole slices of bread and spread mayonnaise over it.”

She nods her, “Uh huh.”

“Next, add the turkey slices, cheese, lettuce and tomato.”

“Okay.”

“Then, put the other slice of bread on top and cut the sandwich diagonally.”

“Okay..go on.”

“But..I’m..actually finished.”

“Oh. That’s it?”

“Yea.” He laughs.

“Ohh...” she asked.

“I just can’t believe you don’t know how to make a sandwich.” he laughs.

“Shut up! Move over.” She exclaimed. “Alright, bread, mayonnaise, fillings, and cut. There!” She held it in his face. “Wow, that was quick.” He grabs it and bites it. “What are you doing?! That’s for Sunny and Sungmin.” She hit him. “What..i was hungry.” He smiles. “Whatever.” She smiled.

They’ve finished making the sandwiches. “Alright, time to go set the date.” Hyoyeon said.

The two walked to the beach near the school. “Wow, it’s so pretty. Look at the waves.” Hyoyeon got excited. Eunhyuk smiled and looked at her.

They finally finished setting up the date. “Alright, let’s call them.” She said.

“Hey, Sungmin?!” Eunhyuk shouted.

“…What?” Sungmin said.

“There are these big, scary guys bothering Sunny!” he lied.

“WHAT?! WHERE?!” Sungmin panicked.

“The beach near the school!...hello?”

Sungmin hangs up and runs towards the beach.

Okay, my turn.” Hyoyeon said.

“Sunny!”

“Huh, Hyoyeon?” Sunny replied.

“Help, Sungmin’s getting beat up!” She yelled.

“WHAT?! WHY? WHERE ARE YOU GUYS?” Sunny worried.

“The beach, hurry!”

“Okay!” Sunny also ran toward the beach.

“Okay, now we have turn on the music and hide.” Hyoyeon gets excited.

The two hide behind the bushes and quietly waited for the Sunny and Sungmin to arrive.

“Look, Sungmin’s here!” Eunhyuk whispers.

“Shhh...we’ll surprises them when Sunny comes.” Hyoyeon said.

“Where’s …Sunny?” Sungmin said while out of breath. “Huh, what is this stuff?”

Sunny arrives and yells, “Sungmin! Are you okay?”

“Sunny!” He turns around. “What happened? Did you get hurt?”

“What, I’m fine. Didn’t you get beat up?” Sunny asked.

“What, no. Eunhyuk called me and said there were guys bothering you.” He explained.

“No, I was in my room. Hyoyeon said you were getting beat up.” She explained.

"What?" Sungmin got confused.

“SURPRISE!” Hyoyeon and Eunhyuk jumped out.

Sungmin and Sunny both got startled. “What’s going on?” Sunny asked.

“Hyoyeon wanted to surprise you with this event.” Eunhyuk said.

“You told me that you guys haven’t went on a date, so we both set this up for you guys.” Hyoyeon smiled.

“Aww…Hyoyeon. Thank you!” Sunny hugged Hyoyeon.

“Thanks, man.” Sungmin said.

“No problem. You guys enjoy your date.” Eunhyuk said.

“Join us!” Sunny smiles.

“What?! But this is your date. We can’t do that.” Hyoyeon said.

“It’s fine, Sungmin doesn’t mind either. Come on.” Sunny said.

“Yea, stay.” Sungmin said.

“Okay.” Eunhyuk said.

“Oh alright.” Hyoyeon smiles.
