“Hurry up!” My brother reproached for the nth time. I searched around my room, frantically throwing around piles of sweaters. “That’s it, I’m leaving!” I heard the front door slam shut.

‘Thanks for waiting, dear brother of mine. ’I rolled my eyes. Just then however, I caught sight of a green fabric buried under some socks. I quickly grabbed it, scampered down the stairs and out the door. I saw my impatient brother strolling a few meters in front of me. Putting on the green sweater which I thought I’d lost, I ran up beside him.

“Done putting your makeup on, princess?” Kai ragged.

I put my hand to my cheek, “!” Kai’s eyebrow rose. I crossed my arms, “I totally forgot to! Thanks a lot.”

“It’s your fault we’re late, idiot,” He scoffed.

“Shut up, you told me the plans so late!”

“Well who says you had to tag along?” He picked. I glared at him.

And so there you have it, my obnoxious and ratty brother Kai. Don’t get it wrong, it’s not like all we do is fight; we actually get a long quite well.

“Why would you care so much anyways?” Kai asked, flipping his dark hair out of his eyes, “We’re only watching a movie with my mates, it’s not some prom.”

“Ya, well you want your friends thinking you’re related to Medusa now would you?” I pointed out.

Kai pointed his finger to his chin, “O.M.G! Let’s totally go back right this moment! Talk about emergency!!” I sighed at his attempt to imitate me.

“Let’s just go, the Hunger Games awaits.”

In front of the theatre, a group of boys stood there.

“Finally!” Kris said.

“Psh, you’re all losers who can’t have patience,” I grunted.

“Shut up Mayumi, says the loner hanging out with my friends,” Kai shot irritably.

“Well, it’s not like there not my friends either, besi...” I said but was interrupted when suddenly,

“Yumi!” Chanyeol called. My annoyed face suddenly broke into a grin.

“Channie!” He ran up to me, squeezing me tightly. Baekhyun ran up beside us, waving with both hands excitedly. I hugged him too. Chanyeol and Baekhyun were more brothers to me than Kai; Kai always complains how I hang out with his friends more than he does, but Baekyeols all mine bro.

We walked in the theatre, Kai, Chanyeol, Baekhyun, Sehun, Tao, Kris and I, lining up for tickets.

“Oh God, I just remembered!” Sehun face palmed. We stared at him curiously. “I asked Luhan to come too!”

“Who’s Luhan?” Baekhyun asked.

“He’s this kid that just moved in my street. I promised him he could come and meet you guys,” Sehun explained.

“Another person?!” Kai complained, “I’m already paying for the 6 of you, are you trying to bankrupt me?”

“Calm down Kai, Luhan’s cool,” Sehun shrugged, “I’m telling you, we’ll all click instantly.

“Ya besides, we can always replace Tao,” Chanyeol winked. Tao looked at us with a clueless expression.

“Just kidding! We love you Panda,” I giggled, seeing Tao's face crunch sweetly.

“Anyways, Kris-hyung will you come with me?” Sehun asked, looking at his watch.

“Alright Maknae lets go,” Kris said, “You guys go, we’ll be back in a few.” I waved at the two as they walked off.

“Well their paying for their own tickets,” Kai said, earning a smack in the arm.
