“Do you know what his hobbies are? His talent? What’s his capable of doing? Huh? Do you know? Of course not, why the hell have I asked if I clearly knew the right answer. You don’t even know he learned 4 languages when he was 5? Or the time when he knew how to spell words when he was 3? Or to pin-point what color is what? You didn’t notice him grow into what he is right now because he was with us. We were the ones who taught him to count, write, sing, and dance. That should be a mother’s responsibility; that should be your responsibility aunty. If anyone in this room has the right to be called a mother, that’s us, not you so if I were you, and if you really do care for your child, just sign the papers and we will leave your life like you always wanted to. Don’t worry, we’ll tell him about you if he asked, but from what just happened?  He wouldn’t even want to breathe the same air as you do” Key said sharply.

After that, they all left one by one, to go to their Baby-J’s room but Donghae stayed behind (he was just a 14 year old teen), staring at his uncle with no emotion at all. When he finally noticed Heechul waiting for him, he waved his hand telling him to go ahead and the said man did what was told.

“What? Are you going to tell more horrible things towards us?!” Miranda shouted

Donghae just looked at her in disgust but shifted his eyes to stare at his uncle

“Tell me, what did the boy do to deserve all the treatment you’ve been giving him? TELL ME?” Donghae shouted, he never meant to shout but what they’ve done was just………..unforgivable

“I take all the things I told Sungjong about you. I told him that he was the luckiest because even you had a mistress, you stayed strong, I told him he should be grateful to have you as parents. I take it all back because from what you did, he never felt lucky.” Donghae just stared down at his elder as they both knelt

“If your thinking we’re so cruel you thought wrong, we are just telling you all your mistakes. If you want Sungjong to have a better life, let him live in Heechul hyung’s grandma. Don’t worry we’ll take good care of him and I wouldn’t even expect you to visit because I’m sure Heechul and Sungmin hyungs words already bought you back to the reality that you have a son. Three of us will live with him for a year and another three until the time comes that he’ll no longer need us.” Donghae was disgusted but he wants his voice to be heard even how harsh it is for the couple

“Sorry….” James sobbed

“You don’t have to say sorry to us, we loved having Baby-J’s company. Say sorry to your son before it’s too late” Donghae walked slowly leaving the couple but paused again because his words came out wrong

“Oh sorry, I was wrong because you are late, 5 years late. Don’t worry he might forgive you but the chances are so thin….so good luck and please sign the papers it will be better for both parties if you do” Donghae paused for a moment, he wanted to say more but no words can describe his hatred towards his elders but he sure wants to leave a mark, a mark that’ll stay there, in their hearts forever

“You know…..I’m only 14 and thanks to you, I know how to be a good parent, thanks to you I knew the feeling to be loved by a son, thanks to you I learned to love again, that there is more than life than thinking of killing myself. Sungjong taught me that it’s not the end of the word and its all thanks to you and for that I’m grateful. It’s not that I was glad you neglected your son, I’m just glad that he treated me as his 2^nd father. Thank you” Donghae is satisfied; he told him everything he wanted to say. He just wanted to say thank you.

Today was another day, its  Saturday actually but I have nothing productive to do than to surf the net all day long, life is sure boring and is life is short

“Myungsoo-ah” my mother called me from downstairs

“What is it umma?” I asked her half heartedly

“Be productive and bring these boxes to the orphanage while I go to the company to run some errands, okay?” she asked

I let up immediately once my mother told me that at least I’m being productive right?

I literally ran towards my room and changed. Once I’m finished I fetch my car keys and put the boxed in my trunk.

“Why are these heavy? Urgh!” I panted as I put the last box inside the apartment “I really need to work-out more” I mumbled as I start the engine.

I never actually visited an orphanage before but I’ve seen it, I didn’t like to go to one either because I hate seeing all sad, homeless children, it pains me. I wish I could adopt them all but I can’t and I wouldn’t even try to; I don’t want to kill the child because of food poisoning and lack of care.

As I was driving, my stomach grumbled

“Oh! I forgot to feed you, my little friend. Be patient, I will feed you” I patted my stomach as I drove to my favorite café

“Hello. oh! Hello Myungsoo-ah, what would you like?” asked the man behind the cashier

“The same as always Joon hyung” I replied walking towards my favorite spot, at the corner the café making me see random people passing by but one being caught my eye. He was just simply sitting there, holding a cup of iced chocolate, crossed leg with a book in his hands with his big nerdy glasses.

He looked so simple yet so gorgeous. I was staring at him for a while until someone interrupted me from staring at the beautiful being.

“Myungsoo-ah, I see someone caught your eye” Joon hyung chuckled

“Oh…Yeah” I stammered

“Here you go, I latte and a ham sandwich” he snickered at my reaction

I composed myself before asking another question

“Who is he?” I asked as I stared at the boy, looking for evidence that he was not a goddess or a beautiful mythical being

“Myung-ah, stop him with your eyes” Joon hyung snickered

“But seriously, who is he?” I asked again, trying to look compose

“I don’t know but he’s been a regular here since last week, even in weekdays. By the looks of it, he’s just in high school and fortunately, he’s not in your school” Joon hyung smirked

“Why is that hyung? I asked tilting my head making me look oh-so-innocent

“Because you’ll be in jail for harassing a minor Myung-ah” Stupid hyung

“Where does he go to then?” I asked as I ignore his insult

“It’s for me to know and for you to find out” he winked as he went back to his work

*I hate you hyung, curse you* I glared at him before going back to the scenery before me

Luckily, the beautiful boy was still there, tapping his feet into the cement. He was still looking down, reading his book while he shifted himself so he can see clearly making me see his side view

*Please look up, please look up* I chanted as he shifted to find a comfortable spot.
