~On the other side of the world (joke)~

“Hyung, put me down now!” Sungjong lept on shrieking

“Kyu put our Jongie down already, he looks pale already” Kibum smiled and Kyu finaaly put Sungjong down

“I feel dizzy~” Sungjong slurred his words and let his small frame fall into the couch

“What have you done to my baby?” Kibum rushed towards Sungjong

“I’m alright hyung” Sungjong smiled at Kibum

“Hey~ did you saw……him?” Kyuhyun asked slowly afraid that anything that went out of his mouth will trigger something in Sungjong’s mind and be trauma again

“Yes….. I did” Sungjong doesn’t know how to react to anything with him in it

“Aren’t you bothered?” Kibum asked, he was worried that Sungjong might be in trauma again, he doesn’t want him to suffer like before and if anything, he would immediately transfer him to another school or bring him back to America.

“It does but……I’ll get over it. I shouldn’t cry over worthless things aren’t I?” Sungjong gave a small smile at his hyungs

“But~ why exactly are you here?” he arched his brow

“We wanted to look out for you of course” Kibum grinned

“And who are involve?” he asked again

“Everyone of course, where’s the fun in that?” Kyu plopped down next to Sungjong

Sungjong mentally face palmed himself, why on the earth would he ever think that his hyung’s would just sent them? When it’s easier when all of them can do it?

“Is there anymore of you in the school today?” Sungjong massaged his temples slowly

And just like the gods answered his question, a fish came in with plastic bags in hand

“So let me guess~ you’re my marine biology teacher?” Sungjong smirked

“You’re such a meanie, but fortunately I am not. I am your dance teacher, isn’t that great?” Donghae grinned

“Yeah~ and the next thing I knew, Kangin hyung will be my gym teacher” he said sarcastically

“You are right!” he applauded like they achieved a great thing

“Oh god~ why me?” Sungjong just wanted to stop his feet like a PMSing teenage girl but he has his pride

“Because we just love you too much” Kibum grinned

“Hey~ aren’t you hungry? Because I am. Can we already eat?” Kyu was rubbing his grumbling stomach

“Yeah, I bought anything that can make our skinny Sungjong fat” Donghae grinned

“More like to get you high blood pressure” He mumbled

“It’s okay Jongie~ we have Hero, he can help us” Kyu said in a mouthful

Even if he’s having a headache because of them, he still liked it because he feels so secure and protected.

I was in a park, the same park where it all happened, the day I was so happy that I knew that I can erase Sungjong in the picture but my happiness was cut short when I realized what have I done.

Since I was young, I envied him, I was jealous of him, he was perfect, everybody loved him, he was extraordinary! And I was not. Everything that he is, I am not and that’s why I did it to him, I left him when I got the chance to escape and I didn’t bother to look back, I didn’t even bother to tell them that he was kidnapped. I thought they were just going to send him away but I thought wrong, very wrong, they were planning on torturing him until they got what they want and that’s how he ended up half dead.

I was sitting on the same bench where I always look at him and envy him from afar, where I always see him sitting under the tree with art materials so that he can draw; the same bench where I cursed him and planned on torturing him when I grow up and now, when I look back then, I always see a demon, a demon who kill for attention and until now, I can always see him, in my sleep and such.

Seeing Sungjong with Mr. Cho smiling was so breathtaking, back then, you barely see him smile or talk; he even use formal language for speaking towards his parents but when I see him with his cousins, he is different, totally different. He change, he changed 360 degrees. He’s always bubbly, smiling and cheerful, he always pouts, whines and rolls his eyes.

Now, when I look back then, I would always think. ‘Who would Sungjong be if not for me?’ a question that has been hunting me since I tricked him, betrayed him, fooled him.
