“ART, can I have your autograph?” Two girls approach me as I walk back to the waiting room. “Sure.” I said as I start signing for them. “Can you sign it in Korean please?” one of them ask. I ponder about it for a moment before writing ‘ART’ in hangul for her. *My name is Kim Hyun Joong*

Flashback

“Just take it.” Two girls approach Na Eun and pass a letter to her.

“What’s this?”

“You’re closer to Kim Hyun Joong. Can you help to pass Min Ji’s love letter to him?” Chae Rim asked.

 “Why me?”

“Shut up and do it! Just pass the letter to him!” Chae Rin shouted at Na Eun before walking off.

“Remember to give it to him.” Min Ji added.

After school,

Na Eun and Hyun Joong went back home together with Hyun Joong pushing his bicycle along. Rather than walking beside him and chatting happily like every other day, Na Eun trailed behind Hyun Joong looking down casted.

“What happen?” Hyun Joong stopped and looks at Na Eun, concern written all over his face.

Without a word, Na Eun took out the letter and passes it to him.

“What is that?” Hyun Joong asked without taking it.

“It’s from Min Ji.” Hyun Joong took the letter, crushed it and threw it on the floor.

 “Why did you dump it?”, Na Eun asked, “Don’t you want to read it?”  

“No. Why did you help them?”

“ Are you angry?”

“Don’t give me such things in the future.”

“Why not?”

“I don’t like her.”

“Who do you like?”

“I….Why should I tell you?” Hyun Joong replied and continued walking. Na Eun smiled and ran after him, the crushed letter on the floor. “What’s that tune you’re humming?” “I composed it.”

The next day in school during lunch break, Na Eun headed to the toilet. She knocks on the door. (The door opens outwards) No response. Opening it, she steps in to relieve herself. Min Ji and Chae Rim who have been watching her walk up to the door and stick a long pole between the door and the outside wall.

“Open up! Help me please!”   Na Eun banged on the door when she couldn’t open it.

“Stop yelling. No one will help you.”

“Why are you doing this?” Na Eun continues to bang on the door.

“Kim Na Eun. You hypocrite! Liar! Kim Hyun Joong didn’t receive the letter.” Min Ji shouted

“I…I gave it to him.”

“What’s this?” Min Ji took out the crushed letter and threw it into the cubicle.

“You like him. That’s why!”

“I don’t!”

“Stop lying! You make me feel sick!”

One of them connect a hose to a nearby tap and spray water into the cubicle making Na Eun wet from top to toe.

“Please..Please stop it..”

“Serves you right for lying to us. You’re too much.”

“Please stop…”

“No. I liked to see you all drenched!”

“Stop it! Please..I beg you..Please stop..”

“You deserve it. Don’t you dare lie to us again! You better watch out!”

With that they threw the hose on the floor and walked away, laughing.
