Kyungsoo was the only one who noticed how limply and weak the dancing machine was walking ever since the showcase. Turns out that Kai accidentally injured himself while performing. Jongin, stubborn as he was, begged his hyung to keep it a secret from the others— because who would want to be a nuisance when they've only started to become idols from one of the most successful entertainments. With no one else knowing that he was injured, Kyungsoo was left to take care of Kai and his aching heart injury.

Chapter 8: I think he confessed too quickly because Kyungsoo is still thinking about baek and how the truth jsut hit him. Soo was just about to say “... I love him too much”, so if anothe roerson comes in and tells that they love him, they need time to think. Soo definitely won’t say “Yes, I love you too” on the spot but I hope all goes well for Kai
