"F-F-!" He shouted.

"Your mother!" She laughed easily.

Game.  Over.  Player Two Wins!

"Yah!" Kyuhyun slammed his controller down, glaring at Tessa. "You cheated. Why would you cheat? You're such a cheater!"

"Eh? Oppa?" She giggled, delicately placing her controller on the coffee table. "Someone's jelly?" She poked his cheek.

"I am not jealous." He sat back.

"Ohohoho! I think you are!" Tessa playfully ruffled his hair.

"Am not."

"Are too!"

"AM NOT!"

"ARE TOOOOO!"

"YAH! YOU'RE NOT EVEN A REAL GAMER!" Kyuhyun roared, standing up to stretch. "Pft. Starcraft." He muttered to himself.

Tessa stopped. She stared.

Kyuhyun looked down at her on the couch. He gulped.

"Say it. Again." She said darkly, looking for something to throw at him.

"You look pretty today. Is that a new blouse?" Kyuhyun smiled weakly, trying to change the subject.

"Cho Kyuhyun." Tessa got up, ready to pounce. "You sonofa—"

"HELL-OH!" Donghae barged in, holding a pint of ice cream. "Maknae! Hyung's sister! How yo' doin'?!"

"DONGHAE-YAH?!" Eunhyuk stumbled in with two spoons, one of them stuck to his nose. "Didn't I say to stay in the kitchen?!"

"You took forever to take the bowls out," Donghae pouted, hugging the tub of ice cream. "Besides, it's too hard t—"

Tessa giggled, and everyone looked at her. "That's what he said."

"Tessa-yah!" Eunhyuk rolled his eyes, swinging his hips to the right. "The ice cream is too hard, not Donghae!"

"MWOH?!" Donghae's eyes widened teasingly. "HOW DO YOU KNOW?!"

"Because," Eunhyuk stepped closer to him. Snap. He stretched back the elastic waistband of Donghae's basketball shorts, looking down. "Oh! Why, hello ther—"

"Oh, my God." Kyuhyun's face palm was audible. "Tessa, wait for me downstairs. I'll take you home."

"Okiedoke!" She giggled, brushing past the bickering two arguing about s ice cream.

"Tessa-yah!" Kyuhyun called to her from the elevator. "Let's go to the cinema! That new comedy movie you said you wanted to see is out!"

"Eh? I think my brother would want me home." She sighed, fiddling with the hem of her jacket.

"Actually, Heechul-hyung suggested it. He said he'll be late coming home tonight." He said, gesturing for them to walk.

"Oh, okay!" Tessa smiled. She paused, noticing what Kyuhyun was wearing. "Ew. Really? Oppa, OD'd on the estrogen shots?"

"Huh?" He scratched his head.

"Are. You. Feeling. y. Today?" She asked slowly, pointing at his skinny jeans.

"What? They're comfortable." Kyuhyun simply said.

"Tch. Yeah. Not expecting kids then, huh?" Tessa held her crotch like she had a pair.

He snorted.

"Oppa!" A high-pitched voice called in the distance.

Kyuhyun and Tessa turned from the movie-ticket kiosk to see a girl wearing a short skirt and sunglasses bound towards them.

"Eh? Seohyun-ah?" Kyuhyun squinted past the tint of her Dolce&Gabbana. He took a step back when she reached for his arm.

"Oppa!" She continued smiling, unfazed. "What a coincidence meeting you here!" Her sugar-coated voice tingled the hairs on the back of Tessa's neck.

"Yeah, I'm actually here with someone." He nodded in Tessa's direction.

"Oh, like a date?" A tint of jealousy was obvious in Seohyun's voice.

"A date? No." Kyuhyun shook his head vehemently.

The relief that washed over the girl's face was almost comical, Tessa barely suppressed a laugh. Seohyun hopefully reached for Kyuhyun's hand, but he pulled away.

"With someone special, yes." He continued, taking Tessa by the arm and leading her towards the theater.

Teehee! Milking the moment, Tessa stuck her tongue out teasingly at the steaming little blob of green. Seohyun was fuming, arms crossed, cheeks tainted with envy.

"So stupid." Kyuhyun said quietly, hands behind his head as they walked in the direction of Tessa's house coming from the cinema.

"Mmm." She said in agreement, stretching her back. "Maybe we should've asked for a refund."

"Eh?" Kyuhyun snapped out of his own thoughts. "Oh, I wasn't talking about the movie."

Tessa looked up at him curiously as they rounded the corner.

"I meant Seohyun. Poor kid doesn't know when someone means 'no.' Like, you have to say it directly to her." He sighed, kicking a rock. "She keeps calling me, like, , really? Can you freakin' leave me alone?!"

"Isn't she dating Jung Yonghwa-sshi." Tessa said thoughtfully, as if she really cared.

Kyuhyun gave her a peculiar look as they started up the walk towards Tessa's front door.

"Er.. nevermind. Wanna come inside? Oppa did  say he's coming home late tonight."

"Sure. That way we can have a re-match, Miss I-Cheated-My-Way-To-Victory-Against-GameKyu." He chuckled.

"KYAHH!" Tessa whined, button mashing like crazy. "No fair! You're cheating now!"

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"Who's jelly now?!" Kyuhyun laughed, repeating what she said earlier.

"I'm gonna side-kick you into th— ALRIGHT!" Tessa jumped up, moving her controller this way and that, as if that'll help.

"C-c-combo brea—" Kyuhyun's brow knitted in concentration.

He was this close to finishing that combo.

This close to beating Tessa.

This close to defending his title at Tekken 5.

This close to.. someone breathing on him?!

Game.  Over.  Player Two Wins!

Tessa, so dead-serious about winning the match, flung herself at Kyuhyun.. lips-first.

It wasn't the kiss that suprised the two. It was the spark that they felt when they touched.

Each slowly opened their eyes as they broke apart, unable to say anything for a while.

"Haha! 'Someone special' is right!" Tessa joked nervously, repeating what Kyuhyun told Seohyun at the cinema. She wondered if this was really worth it—the awkward silence was deafening.

Something warm touched her.

Kyuhyun placed his hand over Tessa's.

She looked up at him, turning a violent red.

"Someone special indeed." He was smiling.
