Minho wasn’t expecting anything beyond living across the hall from Taemin and drinking tea with him to happen, but it did. Like the true friend and good neighbour that he always tires to be, Taemin made plans to stick by Minho throughout the whole week and make sure his mind would be on anything and everything except SeoYun.
Neither of them wanted to deal with Minho crying again so Taemin came round and told of his plan to take him out everyday this week. Minho obviously refused but Taemin only followed him around his apartment like a small child. “WHY?!” He wailed for the umpteenth time as he continued to follow Minho around on his hands and knees like baby wanting attention.
“Because I don’t want to go.” Minho said, continuing to pace around his apartment with a book in his hands he was trying to read but couldn't get passed the first page. It was insisted on himself to see how many times he would need to read that page until Taemin finally left, and he now has the whole publishing rights information page registered in his brain.
“WHY?!”
“Because I don’t feel like it.”
“WHY?!”
“Because I’m just not in the mood.”
“WHY?!”
“Because I’ll still be upset.”
“WHY?!”
“Because you’ll be there.” Minho snapped the book shut with a firm smack.
Taemin stood up and fixed himself to look more presentable. “I won’t take no for an answer!”
“You won’t take anything unless it suits you.”
“Well being with you suits me so I guess you’re coming with me.” Taemin happily linked arms with unwilling student.
“The police won’t take kindly to kidnapping.” Minho forewarned.
“It’s not kidnapping, it’s a love intervention. Now come on!” Taemin said, leading the way to the door and dragging Minho behind.
Instead of heading to the library and gathering books for his studies like he usually does on a Monday, Minho was forcefully dragged to a cheap park by his crazy neighbour. Cheap is how he chose to describe such a dull place that lacked a proper playground for children, lacked
