Can I Borrow Some Sugar?

The young boy across the hall who lived in apartment 112 had been keeping an eye on every single one of his across the hall neighbours ever since he moved in. The first apartment across the hall from him, number 110, was recently owned by an anti-social twenty-something man named Kang Junsan, and he had been forced to give up his apartment when the police knocked on his door and slapped a pair of handcuffs on his wrists without so much as a quick 'you are under arrest' recital. They must've felt cold against his skin, just as the reason his heart did at the time.
When asked, the boy across the hall would give a sad explanation about the kind of person Junsan was and the kind of life he lived--which was a very dull, lonely and unfulfilling one that involved taking drugs and hurting himself to ease the pain he felt, shortly before trying to take the life of his partner who thought, two days prior, they should break up. Yes, it had been a very sad life lived indeed. It took exactly six months and ten days for the current resident to move in to the apartment. Every resident that moved in to the apartment previously was pestered by the opposite neighbour for some sugar at least once a week, if not everyday. The neighbours were nice so they never declined the sweet request but they did wonder who would need sugar so often but not buy it themselves. It wasn’t that the young boy never had sugar in his apartment, it was solely because of how he felt, and he was somehow testing the emotion out through a simple theory. And the young boy had found the perfect new neighbour to try his theory out on next, someone handsome, tall and strong-looking. He’s perfect. Choi Minho; the new resident of apartment 110. There had once been various boxes and belongings scattered around the place until Minho stopped being lazy enough to un-pack all of them. A lot of things were unpacked but not entirely everything because Minho didn't believe in making a new place your home if your heart hadn’t settled in it yet. But he’s an unemployed university student who’s too independent to take the easy road and live at home with his parents, and if he ever went back to them too soon then their reaction would be to laugh about the situation behind his back. And it wouldn’t be because they didn’t love their son, of course they do, but seeing as how the leaving process wasn’t easy, it would make a funny story to suddenly see him back at home. After finally unpacking what he wanted to, Minho decided that a shower is just what the doctor ordered for him right now and it couldn't have been a better prescription for him. The hot water and the soapy substance raced down the well toned body together and a pair of strong hands followed them in pursuit. Minho couldn't remember the last time he had been able to enjoy a shower like this and now that he was about to start a new independent life living on his own he was expecting more of them. In the middle of his nice shower though, there came an interrupting; a knock at the door to be exact. Minho turned off the shower with a sigh before stepping out of the area completely with a towel securely but loosely tied around his waist. As he made his way over to the door, more knocks came, and when the door was opened, a very innocent looking girl was stood on the other side. At least that's what Minho thought until he noticed the Adam’s apple located in the throat area, summing this person up to be a very pretty male. And before he could even speak, the boy waltzed right inside the apartment. “Good morning! I'm Lee Taemin, your neighbour from across the hall and I am here to borrow some sugar.” The boy turned around and faced Minho properly so that he could eye him from head to toe. Taemin wasn’t expecting to meet him for the first time with him half but he wasn’t complaining either, he was actually admiring the body. “Some sugar?” Minho repeated, scratching his head lightly. “Yes, please.” “Alright, where's your cup?” “I didn't bring a cup.” Taemin clarified. “I asked for some sugar, not a cup of sugar, otherwise I would've brought a cup along with me and saved us both the trouble.” “...Right.” Minho wasn’t about to argue even if he didn’t understand, he just wanted to get back in his shower. “Well how will you carry the sugar back to your apartment then?” “With a cup of course!” Taemin sai
