An apartment like the one Minho’s sitting in right now isn’t what he expected from Lee Taemin at all. And maybe that’s just because he hasn’t known Taemin long enough to see certain aspects of him that don’t suit the apartment, or maybe he’s just paranoid. 

  To be honest though, it didn’t cross Minho’s mind until now that he hadn’t been in Taemin’s apartment at all in the past two months. Being inside the room now reminded him of how he believed that a personal space should reflect yourself in some way, and Taemin’s apartment is a variety of bright colours and shows…quirkiness?   Then again, Minho isn’t entirely sure what he’s supposed to expect from someone so surprising and sudden in actions anyway. Taemin is the kind of person who always leaves you guessing but never disappoints because you’re always left hanging on the edge of suspense one way or another. That’s right, although he’s absolutely crazy, being around Taemin brings Minho’s life suspense and excitement.   Suspense; Lee Taemin’s speciality besides taking your sugar, walking in to your home uninvited, molesting you nd corrupting your life inside and out.    “Do you drink tea often?” Minho asked after the long silence.   Taemin brought his cup of hot tea to his lips and took a sip, taking the time to blow over it eight times and then slowly drink in small amounts. “Yes, I do.” He answered when he could. “That’s why I usually ask for sugar. I can’t drink tea without any otherwise it tastes bland.” He explained.   “Oh, I see.”    “Well, we do have eyes.”   “Funny.”   “I try.”   Minho rolled my eyes at the familiar comment and tried to ignore the satisfied grin on Taemin’s face. Taemin wouldn’t deny how much fun he had whenever he played around with Minho and Minho wouldn’t deny how troubled he felt whenever he got stuck with Taemin.    Although lately, his company has been somewhat pleasant to him.   It’s taken around two months for Minho to start tolerating someone he really couldn’t tolerate in the first place, and considering this amazing truth, he can honestly assume that there’s no hope of him ever moving on from Seo Yun, who he’s liked since the beginning and lost after only eight months of dating.    Two months compared to eight months…Was there really any hope for him now?   Taemin caught sight of Minho’s defeated look and decided to press on about it so that he could proceed with helping him out of his lonely state. “What’s on your mind?” He asked.   “I’m just wondering if Seo Yun really did love me.” Minho muttered solemnly. Months ago, this question never would’ve entered his mind. “Maybe she didn’t. I get the feeling I’ve been playing the fool all the time…”   “What makes you say that all of a sudden?”   “She had no trouble breaking up with me yet I’m having trouble accepting it!”   “Why are you having trouble accept it?”   “Isn’t it obvious? I can’t accept it because I still love her!” Minho loudly confessed to himself and to whoever needed to hear it. “And somewhere in her heart, she must love me too!
