“Teuk, I'm not going home. I'll stay with Siwon for a week.” Heechul informed the older one and didn't bother himself to look back.

“Why are you letting me know about that? You could've just left and spend your time with him as long as you want.” Leeteuk replied, he was busy doing his paperworks and he was on the sofa while Heechul was in his room and left the door open.

Heechul is preparing the things he will bring to Siwon's house.

“You might leave the door open. It's better if you know that.” Heechul simply said, just as he finished packing his things, he immediately left his room and sat on the vacant couch, facing Leeteuk.

“If you say so. Anyway, there is something i want to discuss with you regarding this house.” Leeteuk said and suddenly his expression became serious as he closed his laptop and looked at Heechul.

Heechul felt his heart beat faster and forced himself to look Leeteuk in the eyes.

“W-what is it?” 

Before Leeteuk could respond, Heechul noticed that he took a deep breath and then smiled at him—a forced smile.

“Someone is going to buy our house. The buyer is from another place so his payment will be transferred to my atm. I would like to see and talk to the buyer but he doesn't want to do meet ups because his schedule is kind of hectic.” Leeteuk started

Heechul was silent and couldn't take his eyes off Leeteuk. Heechul chose to remain silent rather than argue with him.

“So he has a conditions. We have to leave the house next week because he will be living here. We should bring our things and no leftovers. Lastly, the house should be clean before we leave. Once we leave this house, there's no turning back. We can no longer visit here.” Leeteuk calmly explained, eyes were still on Heechul and observing his expression. 

“He agreed to the payment?” Heechul asked him, full of curiosity and his expression was hard to explain. 

“Yes, the buyer agreed so there will be no problem. All we need to do is leave this house and never come back.” Leeteuk said, for the nth time he gave him a gentle smile and assuring him that everything was already settled.

“Is that okay with you?” Heechul straightforwardly asked him and bit his lower lip.

“Frankly speaking, yes. You even said that after this, we should forget each other. Well, I don't really mind that part because I also agree with that. I just want us to have a privacy especially you since you are in a relationship. Just because Siwon said that he's okay with our set up, doesn't mean you would set aside his feelings and stay here. No one wants that and not gonna agree to that ty set up knowing that you are staying with your ex. You better move in with him and leave this house.” Leeteuk explained, they were having a serious conversation and Heechul couldn't stop himself from overthinking.

They used to be friends before being in a relationship. Heechul knows him well.

“Teuk, I just wanna ask this before we leave this house. Why—” Leeteuk interrupted him and stood up from his seat.

“Cut it off, Heechul. I will never answer that. Stop messing around me and leave the past behind.” Leeteuk firmly said, bore his eyes at Heechul.

“Even until the end, you still don't want to answer why you did that to me.” Heechul chuckled, averted his eyes away from Leeteuk and just nodded.
