I put the rose back into the trunk with the others and decide to go explore the place a little more. It doesn’t seem that time exists here anyway, so I wouldn’t be missing anything.
I open another door to a building. The sound of it resonates almost endlessly. But there aren’t any other sounds. I’m alone. I start to walk into the room, and while I still don’t understand where I am, some elements seem familiar. There’s a mic stand in the center of the room—but walls seem to be shifting from time to time. That would make sense, I’m a singer after all.
The microphone is shining thanks to a light source that I can’t find, and as I get closer to it, I realize there’s something written on it. Taemin. It’s Taemin’s mic. What is that doing here? Is Taemin supposed to be here somewhere? Do I have to look for him?
Something lights up on my right and I look quickly, feeling my heartbeat quicken. But I’m still alone, I realize. There’s something in the corner that just lit up, and it looks like a bench made out of wood. It doesn’t look very comfortable. There are also a few magnifying lenses propped right in front of the furniture, and I stare wide-eyed as a snake comes crawling on it. I take a step back, then another one, then leave the room.
I need to find Taemin. Whatever is happening, the message is clear. I get out of the building and into the car and start the ignition. I’m not sure where I’m driving to, but as I see a clearing in t
