Irene and her twin brother, Junmyeon, are waiting for their mother's arrival. Currently they are at Kang mansion. Jisoo and Seulgi always make sure that the twins are calm mind. They know Irene and Junmyeon are in a nervous state.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Kang and her husband are also nervous since this is the first time the twins meet their mom after a long time. Even though she is happy that Irene and Junmyeon decide to meet their mom, Mrs. Kang is nervous about what is going to happen later. She hope everything will be okay between them

“Ma’am, Mr. Choi and Mrs. Choi arrived” the maid's voice startling everyone who drowned in their own thoughts. Irene immediately holding Seulgi’s hand tight while Junmyeon froze

“Oppa, relax okay?” Jisoo whisper to her husband and only reply by small nod from him

The person that they are waiting for finally shows up. Mrs. Choi or Tiffany came with her husband who looked skinny and pale. Her lips form a smile as soon as she saw her children

“Tiff, Sooyoung…have a sit” say Mr. Kang then the couple sit on the couch across to Irene and Seulgi

No one break the silent until Tiffany speak “Junmyeon, Joohyun…hello” she brave herself to greet the twin first

The twin looking at each other before answering “Hello” they bow their head

Seeing the awkwardness between them, Mrs. Kang interjects “I think you all need space to talk in private. Irene, bring them to our library”

“Okay eomma” Irene obey

Seulgi looking at his mother “Eomma, shall we go to?” he pointed at himself and Jisoo

“I guess both of you don’t need to go for now. Let them have heart to heart conversation”

Irene walks to the library that is located at the right side of the mansion followed by Junmyeon. Tiffany and her husband walk a bit far behind them. Junmyeon fastened his pace to walk beside Joohyun

“Hyun, you’re fine?”

“Yes, I’m good. Don’t worry. We will go through this together” she assured her twin brother

Irene, Junmyeon, Tiffany and her husband, Choi Sooyoung settle on the couch in the library. The room filled with awkwardness again as no one have initiative to start the conversation

“Joohyun, Junmyeon…first of all, I’m sorry for what I had done to our family in the past, especially to your late appa. I know it’s hard to forgive mine and Sooyoung fault but we still begged for your apology” Tiffany say as she sadly looking at the twin

It has been 15 years since she saw them. Now both of them have grown up to become a handsome man and beautiful lady. She admits that she misses the identical twin so much. Not one day she stops missing them but she doesn't know how to face them. Even though now they finally meet, it took so much before the decision was made. She’s very happy that finally she has a chance to meet her children. Without DNA test, everyone can tell that Irene and Junmyeon are her children by seeing their resemblance to each other

After his wife, Choi Sooyoung continued, “We made big mistakes in your family. We regret it. Both of us are living in regret all this while. Now karma does its work. I have suffered from chronic diseases for the past few years. I know it is the result of breaking your family. Please forgive us” he say with cry

Irene takes a deep breath before responding to her mother. As an older twin, she think she should make a move first “We forgave both of you a long time ago” she stated make the elder look at her

She continued “No reason for both of us to not forgive you. We’re not cruel to hold a grudge against our own mother. What had happened in our past, we will never forget it” her words sarcastic her mother

“We understand if you can’t forget what we have done. At least we heard forgiveness from yourself” Sooyoung say sincerely

“You two shouldn’t apologize to us only but to late appa. Among three of us, the most tortured is appa because of your deeds. Whether you like it or not, you two are the reason appa suffers from his pain until it takes away his life. If only both of you not exist, appa will still alive until today and he live happily with Joohyun and I” Junmyeon say with tears on his eyes as he talked about his father

Tiffany and her husband hung their heads low as they heard what Junmyeon said. Guilt eating both of them entirely. They can’t even look at the twin eyes as they rubbed it on them

“I’m sorry” Tiffany cried as she couldn't hold her tears anymore. This is the situation that she scare of but she must face the twin no matter what to make it clean between them

“Now that appa not around anymore, your apology means nothing. Your sorry can’t bring him back” Irene says in a cold voice “We do forgive you but that doesn’t mean we accept you back in our life. I hope it clear until here”

“Please remember that we’re not family anymore like you said before. I hope you do not forget everything you said to us. I don’t know what makes you turn your back to us again. Now that you live your life as you wanted, I hope you enjoy it. Don’t disturb me and Joohyun anymore. Don’t use Yuri imo as the reason for you to meet us. Stop involving someone else in our matter. I guess there is nothing to say anymore. We forgive both of you and you also apologized to us so we’re fair now. Let’s go, Hyun”

After speaking, Junmyeon pulls Irene's hands and they leave the room. Tiffany crying in her husband's embrace. She is broken into pieces right now. Her children are not turning back to her even though she is crying blood tears. Now she feels what her children felt on the day she left their house. She clearly remembers Irene and Junmyeon running after her car but she doesn't have mercy on them. She remembers Irene tripped her foot on the road because chasing her. Now she taste her own medicine

Irene and Junmyeon walk back to the living room where the others are waiting for them. They noticed the twin came with a tense face. They assumed the meeting not end well judging from their expression

“Eomma, appa…we’re going home now” say Irene to the elder who stare at them warmly

“Oh okay, take care” that’s all Seulgi parents can say

“Seul, let’s go” Irene walk away without waiting for Seulgi

“Oppa, are we going home too?” Jisoo asking Junmyeon

“Yes, let’s go” Junmyeon helping his heavily pregnant wife stand up then they walk out after bid goodbye to the elder

“Eomma, appa…we have to go now. I think the meeting earlier is not going well” say Seulgi

“Yeah, give comfort to your fiancé. Don’t let her drown in emotion”

“Okay”

Few minutes later, Tiffany and Sooyoung appear in the living room with Tiffany crying in her husband's embrace. Mrs. Kang quickly help her to sit

“Tiff, calm down” Mrs. Kang hugging her friend

“They hate me, Yul. I deserved it” Tiffany say under her cry

“Sooyoung, is the meeting not going well?” Mr. Kang looking at Mr. Choi

Mr. Choi told them what happened during their meeting with Tiffany’s children. Mr. Kang and his wife sympathize with them but there is nothing they can’t do. It is too personal to interfere. They only can give moral support to both parties.

“It’s okay, Tiff…Sooyoung…everything will be okay. Slowly approach them to soften their heart. Irene and Junmyeon are good children. I know they will fully forgive you two or at least let you meet them once in a while” say Mrs. Kang

“Thanks for helping me to meet them. Even just for a short meeting, I’m happy that I can see my children with my own eyes. I owe both of you so much” say Tiffany

“Don’t mention that, Tiff. We only help as much as we can” Mr. Kang said

“Oppa…Yul…please take care of them for me, okay? If they need something, please let me know so I can buy or provide it without them knowing. I know they won’t accept anything from me so I can only give it through both of you. Please look after them” Tiffany plead while holding Mrs. Kang hand

“I promise I will take care of them like my own children. I’ll be their mother on your behalf”

“Thank you so much, Yul”

“If something happens, we will let you know. If you can’t come, at least you updated about your children” Mr. Kang added

“Okay oppa”

Seulgi and Irene cuddle in the bedroom at her apartment. She is not crying but she isn't in the mood to do anything. It has been 20 minutes since they cuddled without talking. Seulgi already feel sleepy and hungry at the same time

“Hyun” Seulgi speak after yawn

“Em?”

“Are we not talking or doing something? I start to get sleepy now”

“I not in mood to talk”

“You’re not hungry?”

“Hungry” Irene start to baby talk with her fiancé

Seulgi giggles then he pecks Irene's forehead “Let me cook for us. Junmyeon hyung and Jisoo must be hungry too. We shouldn’t let pregnant woman starving like you always said”

“I don’t want to let you go. Just order food for us. Buy something healthy for Jis
