My thoughts: 

The story centers around Seungwan taking care of a beautiful blind girl. Over time, Joohyun and Seungwan fall in love and become engaged. Before their wedding, Seungwan convinces Joohyun to undergo surgery. Yet after the successful operation, Seungwan steals her best friend Seulgi's identity, afraid that the girl she had a crush on will reject her due to her "chubby" body. 

The story has a lot of potential with a great set up. Can't wait to see how the story unfolds in this new version.
