My thoughts: A fake dating au with a mysterious background. Introducing Wendy, a once bright and popular high schooler who loves to sing until tragic strikes when her girlfriend, Rose, gets killed in a car accident. Ever since then she lost her sparkle and dedicates herself toward medicine, despite it being the field her estranged family dominates. Fast forward a few years, we find Wendy as a struggling and broken resident. Officially kicked out of her family, she uses the money her late father gave her to start a coffee shop with Joy. Now trying to keep her beloved shop afloat, she agrees to fake date celebrate Irene aka Joohyun, the shy girl she had a high school crush on. 

The main drive is definitely seeing Wendy unravel the prickly Irene and Irene unraveling Wendy's mysterious past. Somehow Irene's sister, Tiffany, and Wendy's brother are hiding something that could tear the newly formed couple apart and it has something to do with Rose.
