Yes, Mark felt tired and sleepy after being so busy with promotion schedules lately. All of the boys including himself had been desperately relying on coffee for a little boost in a morning. Mark climbed into bed and sighed as he stared at the ceiling. He kept thinking about the girl. Soojung; what a beautiful name. He was so embarrassed of himself for not saying a single word to her the other day. He was just way too nervous. There was no way he was going to mess things up by saying something stupid. He remembered the night he saw her in the elevator. The moment he realized she lived in the same building as them, he couldn’t help but feel even more nervous. If only he was brave enough to actually approach her.

It was 8 AM on a Saturday when Mark and Donghyuck decided to go to the local coffee shop. The older members had also asked them for their drinks as well. They had a long day ahead of them; an entire day of practice. As the two boys walked in the cafe, the familiar figure seated at a table immediately caught their eyes. Although her back was against them, they knew it was Soojung. Mark immediately felt a sense of nervousness overwhelm him as he and Donghyuck went to order.

 

“I wonder what she’s doing?” Donghyuck said to Mark. The boy began to form a smirk before walking towards her, causing Mark to quickly panic. “Yah! What are you doing?” Mark wanted to stop the latter, but it was already too late.

 

Donghyuck had already made it to Soojung’s table. Mark gulped as he watched her raise her head, looking up at the two of them. “You’re here early.” The younger boy said.

 

“Yeah, studying early. Can’t you tell?” Soojung sassily responded to Donghyuck and pointed at her textbook.

 

“Ooh, what are you working on? Math?” Donghyuck bent down to have a closer look at the math problems. “Wow, you must be a genius. Maybe you can help Mark over here. The man is failing in math.” Mark felt his face burn up in embarrassment.

 

Mark nervously chuckled at her, “I’m sorry, I apologize on his behalf for bothering you. We’ll get going now.” The older boy dragged Donghyuck away from her before

That was a sweet update with a little suspens. Her dad was surprisingly acceptant but at least that one thing he won't have to worry again now.



She is very comprehensive as well toward Mark because I woul have been a little more than a little sad in her place XD. But that's baby Mork for her ^^.

Chapter 28: i had had a thought. imagine soojungs dad isnt even her dad. i doubt that but that was a thought that crossed my mind. wow the company is really stubborn. poor soojung and mark!!! good luck with school!!!

Chapter 28: Hi there!! I admire your dedication for studying. I hope it will help you graduate in good condition!

A short update but useful to be aware of Mark point of view and feelings. The last part letting us curious about the following ^^. Johnny wisdom and Donghyuk help are effective fortunately for Mark to man up and face the upcoming situation.

At first I was alike disappointed by the number of tracks on the "album" ( that's an EP for me at most with 5 tracks...) and the musical structure of the songs sounded unusual compared to their others in my ears but after a day listening to it I get use to it. I love runaway the most. Don't fight the feeling is a little too fast sometimes and give the impression of being artificially accelerated. Each song have a different ambiance and I like that that's not boring. It's seem that SM is building another universe with the mention of KWANGYA in DFTF as they have done in Black Mamba, Next Level by Aespa and 90's Love by NCT.

Chapter 6: Man that reminds me of that songs where the lyrics said that "To seduce him I would give him french lessons."

But damn that girl is a lucky one huh. Also I am having some suspicion that Felix might have a crush on one of them. It's really interesting how there is different approach to these kinds of Idol x OC stories because the ones I have read heck one that I am co - writing are straight up only for the like nothing less or more. First the then the feeling but it's nice like thanks author for this adorable approach.
