i'll be your home | l. markSoojung opened the door, greeting her boyfriend with a frown. Mark had expected her to appear this way, though. It was no surprise. It was, after all, his fault for doing what he did. Honestly, he knew shouldn't have ignored her for the entire day now, but he just didn't realize just how hurt she might be as a result. He didn't really say anything to her when opened that door for him.
Instead, he brought her into a tight hug. Stooping a little lower, he rested his chin on her shoulder. "I'm so, so sorry for not texting you all day."
"You better be, . What's wrong? Was it just busy for you today?" Yes, she was a little sad that there was not even a single word said from him all day. However, she was simply sulking all day because she didn't hear from him. Overall, she did know that he tended to be busy and it was normal for him to not reply as much. It was just that lately, things have been feeling rather off with him. So when she saw that he wasn't going to reply to her at all today, it did make her feel a little more down than usual.
The male kissed her cheek, "Can we just go to bed for tonight without any studying? I can explain everything to you then." He mumbled to her. Of course, the girl didn't turn down his request and simply nodded back at him.
It didn't take long for them to situate themselves. Soojung had lastly selected a movie to display on the TV for them to watch from time to time before they fall alseep later before jumping into bed and cuddling up to Mark. The male had his arm around her as she rested her head onto his chest.
"Want to tell me what's up? You don't seem okay." She said and she was damn right about it too.
"I wasn't okay. Honestly, I was really stressed about the fans that were bothering you."
"Mark..." She had a hunch that it was still bothering him this entire time. She didn't like how he was constantly bothered by this matter. Yes, she was glad to see that he was concerned, but she didn't like how stressed he was about it. At the end of the day, it wasn't even his fault that this all happened. There were so many days and nights he would apologize to her about how 'useless' he was. Mark was constantly drowning in guilt and she hated seeing him feel that way.
"I just wanted to protect you from them, but I literally couldn't do anything and I felt like such a ty boyfriend."
She reached for his free hand to hold onto, playing with his fingers as she listened to him speak. "You know it's not your fault and you know you're not a bad boyfriend, right? I promise you, you're not."
"I really felt horrible and I talked to the company again today, but nothing was working. Every time I saw your name, I just felt so damn guilty and my didn't even realize ignoring you could hurt you instead."
"You did make me feel a little sad, you loser." She said, chuckling a little. The girl had propped herself up to turn and a quick peck on the lips.
"I know and I'm sorry. I didn't know what to do, but unexpectedly, I had a talk with your dad toda
