Yura woke up that morning, cold and sore.

She sighed to herself because she had known this was one of the outcomes after the night she had with Soo-Hyuk.

She sat up and looked around the room for her clothes and purse.

She quickly called out of work stating she was too sick to have a day in the office so she asked to work from home the next day promising to make up all the work she missed.

Her manager said it was fine so she quickly got dressed and made her way out of the room.

She quietly made her way to where the front door was when she spotted Soo-Hyuk.

He was having breakfast and she quickly realized that another plate had been served.

He looked up and she knew it looked bad that she was dressed, had her shoes in her arms, and was trying to sneak away.

“Will you eat with me?” he asked her choosing to ignore what he saw her trying to do

“Umm yes, of course,” she told him awkwardly

Yura set her stuff in an empty chair and sat directly across from him.

The table was square and cutely decorated, she noticed.

She looked at the food in front of her and her eyes lit up when she realized it was waffles.

She loved them so much and she quickly grabbed her fork and began to eat.

Soo-Hyuk was silent and after she successfully scoffed down half her huge waffle she looked up at him

“How are you feeling?” she really didn't want it to be weird with them

“Like death but that's fine” he smiled at her and she reciprocated it.

She continued to eat and they fell into a comfortable silence, she would steal glances at him as he looked through his phone.

She finished her plate and she met Soo-Hyuk's eyes “How was it?” he asked her curious and she saw he was also surprised she had eaten everything she had been served

“Amazing, but I need to get home and uh, do some work,” she told him as she stood up and grabbed her belongings again

Soo-Hyuk stood up as well “I will have someone take you home,” he told her and she let him walk her out

As they made it to the front area she was able to admire it a little more

“This is a beautiful home” she commented as they waited for his driver

“Thanks,” she noticed that he was being awkward and so she kept shut after that.

The driver finally came “See you later” she said as she made her way to the awaiting car

He ended up following her and he opened the door for her to get in, once she was seated he leaned in and gave her a kiss on the lips “I’ll definitely be seeing you later baby” he whispered against her lips and pulled away before she could gather her thoughts.

The driver made his way out of the residence and gated community and she couldn't help smiling at what he had said.

It might've been slightly weird for them once he was sober but she felt like a giddy school girl knowing she would be seeing him again.

She made it home and right away started working on files sent to her, she spent all her morning on phone conferences and emailing all her managers and team, even though she had asked for the day off. They seemed to not mind after all she eased the workload for them.

By the afternoon she was done and she realized how hungry she was.
