Yura jolted awake remembering much to her dismay that she was in bed with her ex who wanted to know what she was hiding from him.

She basked in her lover's warmth for a little while and felt overwhelmingly sad.

She quickly dashed her tears as she felt Soo-Hyuk move and take her with him as he laid on his back and she turned to face him resting her cheek on his bare shoulder.

She saw that he had his eyes closed but was clearly awake.

She began to trace circles on his chest absentmindedly

“What’s on your mind?” he asked her, his eyes opening slowly

“That I have no one but you,” she said out loud as she kept tracing circles on his chest

“And that I feel like a moron because I feel like you only use me for ,” she added on.

She was afraid to look up at him because she knew he had his eyes on her by now

“Why do you feel like that?”

“Because you see other women, even if you indeed love me I guess that’s not enough to be with me,” she told him sadly

“I have other women because you left, I felt like I needed to keep filling the void of your absence with these said women,” he explained and she finally looked up at him

“You did this even when we were together” she reminded him as her tears spilled

“And I am so sorry for that,” he told her as he thumbed her tears away.

“Why did you do that to me?” she finally asked the question that plagued her even then

 

“Because I was afraid at what you made me feel and made me crave,” he responded honestly and she saw that his tears began to pool in his eyes

 

“I wanted to be a family man, you were normalcy in my chaotic life and I was afraid of that and I was unfaithful because I felt you were too good for me” he added and it pained her to hear him say that because she had known that this was the truth behind him being unfaithful to her from the get-go.

 

They laid there in silence at what was said, he held her close to his chest and after a moment of just basking in each other's warmth he let go and he got out of the bed.

She knew then the impending moment of truth was coming and she was scared at the idea of losing him even though it shouldn't matter or at least that's the way it seemed.

“I feel like I am not better because I’ve been hiding something from you,” she whispered

 

“Don't tell me just yet let me enjoy this” he responded and she tried to hold in her tears that betrayed her and spilled.

 

He gently removed her as he got up and off the bed and he looked at her

 

“Tell me,” he told her and she was nervous.

 

She sat up and met his eyes as she took a deep breath

 

“I'm pregnant, and it's not yours” she finally confessed and she looked at him closely and saw the initial shock to anger contour on her ex-lover’s handsome face and he untangled himself from her and got up off the bed.

He poked the inside of his cheek with his tongue and began to pace the room holding the back of his head with his fingers intertwined and finally stopped and he looked at her again

 

“Who's is it?” he finally asked her
