Amber's POV

I browsed my phone and called dad.

Few seconds later, someone picked up my call.

"Hello."

"Hey, dad. It's me, Amber."

"Oh, it's you, Amber. Mom's here. Dad is sleeping right now. Do you want me to wake him up?"

"No no, it's okay mom. I just call to ask for his condition. How is he?"

"That's so nice of you, Amber. Dad is doing fine. His legs aren't getting any better now since we haven't gone for his therapy for a week."

"Why so?"

"The therapy session costs lot of money. We don't have enough to support the bills."

"Don't worry about the bills, mom. I'll take care of it."

"No, it's okay Amber. We don't want to trouble you."

"Mom. It's my responsibility now to take care of you and dad. I'm not only your son-in-law. I'm your son now. You don't have to worry about anything. I'll take of you, dad and Krystal. I promise you."

"I just want to let you know that I'm proud of you, Amber. We're grateful to have a very kind son-in-law."

"It's not a big deal, mom."

"Mom, I've some works to do. I'll call you again later okay?"

"Okay Amber. Please take care of yourself and Krystal."

"I will. Bye, mom."

I ended the call and put the phone on my desk.

I was about to rest my eyes for a while, then someone knocked on my office door.

"Come in."

The person came inside and sat on the chair in front of me.

"How are you, Amber hyung?"

"I'm fine, Minho."

"Good to hear that."

"How about you?"

"Tired." , answered Minho.

"Why are you here? Don't you have classes?"

"Ah nothing. Class just ended half an hour ago, I just stopped by here to see you."

"Do you need anything? Sorry Minho, I have works to do. I need to go through this company's files. So, you better be quick."

"Aigoo hyung. Chill out. Let's take a break first. I need to know about our plan progress. Are you still following the flow?"

"What plan?"

"The revenge plan!"

"About that, Minho... I-"

I went silent for a moment.

"Don't tell me that you want to back off from our plan, hyung. Did you forget that she's the one that killed Donghae hyung?"

"Minho-ya."

"Are you falling for her?"

"N-no, I'm not."

"Then?"

I released a deep sigh. It's quite hard to deal with Minho. He was holding a grudge against Krystal for what has happened to Donghae.

"You know that she's innocent, Minho. She had nothing to do with hyung's death. It was an accident that took his life."

"But she was there too. And how could she survive the crash but not hyung?"
