Once SuA, Siyeon, Handong and Gahyeon got the instruction to the hospital, all of them panicked and immediately left the dorm, wondering what happened. Why are the three girls in the hospital? Is anyone hurt?

Knocking and peeking into the room, the attention of JiU, Yoohyeon and Dami was immediately turned to the visitors.

"Unnie-deul, Gahyeonie, wasseo?" Dami said cheerfully 

The four of them didn't look as happy as to how Dami looked as they were worriedly looking at the girl dressed in patient wardrobe. She quickly made their move to the bed where JiU and Yoohyeon backed away to give them space as they fuss over Dami.

"Are you okay?" 

"What happened?"

"Why are you in the hospital?"

"You feel any pain anywhere?"

Words of concerns were thrown here and there and Dami could only keep her silence and smile lightly at the girls as they fuss over her.

"Yoobin ah, I think you owe them an explanation," JiU said after everyone calmed down

Giving all of them a short glance, Dami looked down at her hands as she begins to speak. The rest of them was giving her their full attention hoping that it's not anything serious.

"As you guys know, I had frequent headaches that were ongoing for quite a while but they weren't very serious and would only stay for a while. But about 4 months ago, It became so frequent that I had to rely on painkillers to move on every day." Dami said quietly

"Why didn't you let us know..." SuA asked

"I didn't want you guys to get worried... " Dami replied and continued "So, I thought that it would get better over time and it was just stress but instead of getting any better, the pain turn for a worse that I could hardly fall asleep every night. I was feeling lethargic every day, losing my appetite with the pain and gastric with the medicines" 

Everyone was listening intensely and Siyeon held onto Dami's hand tightly as they gave her time to continue

"I held on for a week and I could feel that the painkillers were no longer helping anymore. I came to the hospital without letting anyone know and got checked..."

"..." Dami held her breathe and she stuck her eyes tightly, trying to calm herself down

"Yoobin ah, you okay?" JiU asked worriedly

"Yea... " Dami said softly 

"You can continue later, you know that," Yoohyeon said

"After I got checked" Dami continued shakily, ignoring what Yoohyeon said "I met Doctor Im, he told me that I have a tumour in my brain"

After hearing that, all of them other than JiU and Yoohyeon gasped

"Remember there were a few days that I was absent because I said I am needed at home?" Dami asked and they nodded "I was in the hospital... They had to check if the tumour is benign or malignant and how big it was"

"The result came back quickly" Dami took a deep breathe "It malignant, brain cancer... stage 2"

"No..." looks of disbelief was seen on their face

"I was told to start treatment as soon as possible but... I admit that was stubborn... I asked Doctor Im to give me time so that I would stay for the new comeback so he prescribes painkillers for me so that I would control the pain... I just didn't think that far that it would advance to stage 3 so quickly..." Dami said and whispered the last line

"Stage 3..." JiU started "She will start her treatment as soon as possible from the discussion with Doctor Im, the cancer is spreading too quickly and they have to control it before it's too late"

The girls were lost for words as they didn't expect things would be so serious. 

"I'm sorry..." Dami whispered

"You stupid, what are you sorry for... We should be the one being sorry for not noticing it earlier... You had to bear the pain all alone for the past 4 months... It must have been difficult" SuA said sincerely
