A Day Without Her
I Woke Up With No Memories And Wake Up With A Beautiful Girl As My FiancéChaeyeon wasn’t too sure of Hyewon.
That’s an understatement she doesn’t trust the girl. She knows that she’s her fiancé and took care of her during all those times when she was almost dying. But there’s just no familiarity with her. If she was her fiancé wouldn’t she feel even comfortable or feel something, even though Chaeyeon forgot her memories? Why is that it doesn’t feel like that with her? Despite all of those, she is still grateful to Hyewon, really.
Its been a month since Chaeyeon woke up and currently alone at their house’s backyard. Waiting for her rehabilitation therapist, due to the accident, walking isn’t exactly she could do as of now. One could say she’s crippled and just bored in general. Hyewon wouldn’t strike up a conversation, as if they're both newly acquainted friends. And the place of their house located isn’t the best per se. It was a moderately sized house, the type of house you would want when your old – quiet and away from society. Their house was the only house around the area, it was odd at first. Why would her past self-choose this?
Suddenly Chaeyeon heard the voice she knew all too well, Hyewon’s. She would never miss that no matter low and soft-spoken she is. After all, she’s still her fiancé.
“Chaeyeon? Dr. Kwon is here,” Chaeyeon heard her calling. Gradually try to stand up from where she sited, grabbing her walking aid immediately before she falls down. As Chaeyeon successfully stand up whilst holding the aid, it put a smile on her face on how huge her improvement over a month. She could still remember, breaking down in the first two weeks since there were no improvements at all. But Hyewon was a patient one, she would help her even she was at the other end that is getting angry.
Hyewon was standing in front of the door with a soft smile plastered on her face, quickly Chaeyeon put a neutral look on her face. Feeling embarrassed inside as she has seen her smiling over simply grabbing a walking aid. Walking past Hyewon with her head still stuck on the ground, the last thing Chaeyeon would want now is Hyewon seeing her like this.
“You did good, Chaeyeon.”
She didn’t turn around to look at her and kept on walking. Yet, those words keep on repeating inside her brain, motivating too much that she didn’t
