Dread. Despair. Terror. Horror. Those were some of the words that I can describe on what I was feeling at the moment. I didn't bother to blink a second, afraid that if I did Bae Irene would er punch me on the face and get our flag indicating their win. That's why we stared unblinking at each other, gauging one another for the first one to move. I was desperately calling for backup in my mind but my only backup was Eunbi but she sacrificed herself as bait to the enemies. But Bae Irene was not stupid enough to fall for that and still followed me and here we are.

"Look, a bird!" I frantically shouted as I lift my right hand up making her follow it with her eyes. I took that advantage to get out of the ground and roll away from her. By the time her narrowed eyes focused on me, I was now back on my feet, smirking.

"I didn't take you for someone to buy that bull," I snickered as I saw her face 

contorted into one of anger. 

"You're bleeding..." Was all I heard from her as she gripped her flag on her back. I eyed my right hand and true to her word, my once clean bandage was now red. I hissed at the sudden flicker of pain but I shrug it off as I have matters to attend. I have to beat Bae Irene first.

"It's nothing," I said, not minding that I'm losing blood at the moment. She smirked as if saying 'fair enough'.

"Where's your flag?" She raised an eyebrow as she waited my answer. I felt my lips twitch at that as if she was commanding me to outright hand it over to her. I'm not some slave or something, I growled threateningly daring her to continue.

"Why would I tell you!?" We were circling each other but nobody like to take the first step. Now, I would be honest, I don't have background of fightings like hand to hand combat or something, 'cause I only relied on my powers and it's not like I'm always getting into fights. I'm a pacifist not an Ares.

But I certainly got a vibe from Bae Irene that she's combat ready. Remove the fact that she single-handedly took care of the blue team, minus me and Eunbi, but you know what I'm saying right? She doesn't have a problem on kicking my .

So for now, I would have to rely on my dirty tricks and hope for the best. Maybe so miracle will happen and summon Eunbi here and save me. Oh how it feels nice to daydream...

I was cut off from my narration when I felt a sting on my forehead. "What the--" A tiny stone landed on my feet. I threw a dirty look at my enemy. "Did you just??"

She shrugged like nothing happened. "You're not listening."

I took a step forward. "My forehead could've bleed you know!?" I said exasperatedly. "Do you know how many ounces of blood I had lost today? And you're adding up on my wounds!"

"Oh quit whining like a baby!" She scoffed, not even threatened when I was nearing her. Well, it seemed like I wasn't scary looking and it was the opposite really. But fortunately, she lost her glare on her face.

"But seriously," I continued my overdramatic complaint. "You could've damage my face or something. What if it hit my eye or my nose, it wouldn't be a great sight." I expressed my urgency through my eyes.

"Do you think I care??" She raised both eyebrows, taunting me to one her up. I think for a moment. Yep, she wouldn't care about me.

I begrudgingly stared at her. "Okay, so what are you saying to me before this," I gestured with my hands. "whole fiasco?"

"I said that we should get this over with fast 'cause I hate looking at you."

"Should I feel insulted or what? Do I follow that up with a retort or--" she again threw a rock on my face.

"Oh it's on Bae Irene!" I yelled from the top of my lungs as I ran up to her, making a move to snatch her flag on her back but she move so slick that I wasn't fast enough to dodge her swift kick on my shin. "Oh!"
