Ember. Wendy always thought that her liking for her friend, Irene, was like a crackling ember. Burning quietly in a small, dying fireplace. Countless of times, Wendy had the idea that her romantic feelings would probably vanquish on its own eventually. Yet, she was proven wrong during a camp trip with her group of five friends, which included Irene as well.
“Wendy, I don’t care how much you love staying at home but you must come with us for our trip this time round!” Yeri said menacingly.

“Wendy! Are you packed for a week’s trip?” Yeri joked
Seulgi nodded with slightly agape. “We are only going for three days and two nights…”
Seungwan’s cheeks heated with their relentless taunts.
“I know, I know. Stop laughing at me and do so when you guys need wet wipes or first aid kid or extra blankets!” Wendy retorted.
“You brought a blanket? I mean… you brought blankets?!” Yeri exclaimed, accentuating the ‘s’ on the plural noun.
“Yes, I did! You never know how much the temperature might fall at night in the mountains.” Wendy hissed through her teeth, clearly frustrat
