Flu-shot the world down dead

Description

( Yes this is absolutely based on the show The Last Ship,  don't fight me).

Get the flu-shot they said.

You won't get sick they said.

It's perfectly safe they said.

They lied.

Foreword

" I can't believe I caught the damn flu anyway," her friend grumbled," even  after I got the damn flu shot,"

Matt smiled sympathetically," I'm sorry. Do you want me to bring you anything tonight. Soup? Meds? "

" Would you? Maybe just a can of soup. I haven't been able to eat anything all day and I feel too sore to get up and get it from the store myself."

" Yeah, sure, I'll come over after work. Get some rest ok.?"

" Yeah," 

 

When Matt walked into her coworkers home, what she found, was not a sleeping woman. She found a dead one.

a/n: yes I started another one. Yes, it is based off the show  the last ship. Yes, the muse insisted. So if you want to fight anyone you're going to have to shrink yourself and swim between my ears til you find the muse- which is kinda ew, so maybe you just don't fight me yeah? :).
