Chapter 2: What comes around goes around

TT: A story untold

"You stupid wood!" The daemon chased the puppet relentlessly.

Jihyo woke up due to the noise. She was shocked when she opened her eyes, her room was a wreck. Did a storm pass by? She couldn't help but ask herself. Jihyo glanced at the grandfather clock in her room and it pointed that it was still 5:21 in the morning. The maids would come in at 8, she still had time to clean up the mess of these two intruders.

Jihyo cleared to get the attention of the two.

"I have many questions right now but first things first, look around, my rooms a mess." Jihyo deadpanned. The two found themselves guilty but it didn't mean they'd back down.

"It wasn't my fault! She started it!" The puppet pointed at the daemon.

"Wha-?! You stupid piece of wood! Should I make you into firewood?" The daemon rebutted.

Jihyo sighed. These two are a handful.

"I don't care who started it, clean up your mess." Jihyo glared at the two and without any questions they began cleaning though the puppet wasn't much of a help.

"Can't you work faster? It's like I'm doing all the work!" The daemon hissed.

"I'm sorry that I'm like this! I would have been more of a help if you didn't throw my friend to who knows where! Now I can't change my form!" The puppet said in an annoyed tone.

Jihyo eventually helped the two. They finished cleaning at 7 am. It was the first for Jihyo, cleaning that is. She sat down on her couch and took a rest. The other two did too.

"So...who are you guys?" Jihyo finally asked.

The daemon looked at Jihyo, well she did barge in unceremoniously to the girl's room, she should at least know what's going on.

"My name's Nayeon, Im Nayeon. I've been looking all over for this stupid piece of wood here." Nayeon pointed at the puppet who glared at her

"I have a name just so you know! It's Jeongyeon! So stop calling me piece of wood!" The puppet huffed.

"So Jeongyeon, why is she chasing you?" Jihyo butted in before a cat fight happens.

"I... She got hit by the bucket of water I put...uh... somewhere...but it was an accident!" Jeongyeon defended herself.

"What accident? You were laughing at me! You didn't even say sorry! I was about to go on a date too!" Nayeon cried out. How shameless can a wood be?!

"I was saying sorry but you were busy rambling to yourself to notice me." Jeongyeon deadpanned.

"And, one more thing, where did you throw my fairy friend?" Jeongyeon eyed at Nayeon.

"Your furry friend?" Jihyo asked.

"Fairy not furry. She helps me so that I can turned back to my human form but this bunny here threw her somewhere! I swear it felt like I was watching a shooting star!"

Jihyo then thought of the shooting star last night.

"So where'd you threw her?" Jeongyeon interrogated.

Truth to be told, Nayeon can't remember. But she was sure it was somewhere in the Fuwa Fuwa Forest. As the name suggests, every creature who lived there was fluffy but the bear guards the forest so nobody hardly goes there.

"Fuwa Fuwa Forest..." Nayeon trailed off.

Jeongyeon's eyes widened. Though it was relatively safe there, the bear who guards the forest hates intruders.

"How could you?!" Jeongyeon exclaimed.

"I was angry at that time!" Nayeon defended herself.

Jihyo knew that Fuwa Fuwa Forest was near the east borders, it was relatively close, only a five days away if you ride a carriage. The two started to bicker again.

"Why don't you two just go and find her?" Jihyo proposed.

"Hell no! It's far and most importantly being with her will be the death of me!" Jeongyeon cried out.

"Likewise!" Nayeon agreed. They glared at each other, not one of them wanted to back down. Jihyo couldn't help but sigh. It was still early in the morning!

"So what will you do?" Jihyo asked.

"..." Jeongyeon was tongue-tied. She gritted her teeth and looked at the cause of all her miseries. She was the one who started all of this though.

"You...Im Nayeon! You better help me find my friend!" Jeongyeon pointed at Nayeon accusingly.

Nayeon's eyes widened, she was ready to throw the puppet out of the window but she remembered that she was the one who threw the fairy in a far away land. She sighed and reluctantly agreed.

Jihyo wondered if her parents had a lost a screw in their minds. She pondered as the carriage moved. Two figures at her front continued to fight. What have I done to end up being a babysitter?

She told her parents of the incident so that the two intruders could borrow a carriage. What she didn't expect was for her father to say that she should accompany them. And now here she is, the mediator of Nayeon and Jeongyeon.

Bonus😂😂

"Stop you piece of wood!" Nayeon shouted.

They were taking a break when Jeongyeon played a prank on poor Nayeon. And thus, the chase began. Jeongyeon laughed heartedly but paled when she heard a cry.

"Stream TT! Stream TT!" A sound echoed.

Nayeon stopped at her tracks then stepped back.

The stream TT bird was a strange bird. No one knew where it originated but the bird was a known terror. Though small and cute, the bird would tweet a very strange sound and would peck anyone who didn't stream TT.

Nayeon and Jeongyeon hurriedly pulled out their phones and streamed right away.

A.N. Stream TT!😂😂 400M is near!
