Baekhyun said few minutes later after she left before shaking his head in disbelief, feeling a little embarrassed at his outburst before muttering to himself,   "Get a grip on yourself Baekhyun, why are you so happy when you heard that they are just friends, nothing more. Seulgi smiled while sipping on her strawberry juice to which Jongdae nervously returned.   "It's nothing Seulgi."   "So my very good man, why did you bring me over here? I mean, where's Hana? She should be here don't you think so?"   "Why is that Seulgi?" Jongdae asked, a little surprised.   "Because she means so much to you." Seulgi spat before placing a hand on her lips 'Oh no, why did I say that out loud.'   "A..are you jealous of Hana? Aren't you in love with Boss Baekhyun?" He asked with an amused smile plastered on his face.   "I don't know, I think he'll never notice me. The way he looks at Hana, he'll never look at me like that so I give up."   "How does he look at Hana?" Jongdae asked, curious and intrigued.   "Shut up Jongdae, I'm not going to say it out." The sassy queen replied before asking "So Jongdae, why did you bring me here, we aren't that close as..   "I love you." Jongdae cut in, his heart racing, eyes closed for fear of rejection.   "W..what did you just say? Repeat those words."   "I.. w..well, I love you Kang Seulgi and I know that i'm probably going to get rejec.." Jongdae started but was cut off by a pair of soft lips crashing into his, staining his lips with her red lipstick and before he could return the kiss after mentally passing out, she pulled away.   "I love you too Kim Jongdae. Why didn't you confess your love to me sooner?"   "Because I was afraid of rejection. So should I take that kiss as a yes?" Jongdae asked, feeling really nervous as Seulgi can be so cray, cray at times   "Yes you should."   "I can't wait to notify Hana about your reply!" Jongdae said out loud in excitement.   "Silly you. Come here Baby boy." Mr Park asked while staring at his daughter with an unreadable expression evident on his face while Jaehwang let out a crooked smile before his lips.   "N..no daddy." She replied while looking at her hands with tears in her eyes.   "What did you just say?" Mr Park asked, annoyed.   "Please don't trouble my daughter with quitting her job and getting married to a man who hits her without even thinking of the consequences." Mrs Park intervened while glaring daggers at the said man (Jaehwang) who looked away.   "Shut up woman! You've raised her to be so disrespectful and stupid."   "She's not disrespectful and stupid Mr Park, she had to agree to all your terms by getting married to Jaehwang in the first place so please don't use such words to describe her."   "Hana, look up." Mr Park said, ignoring his wife as he added "From now henceforth, you'll no longer work at Mr Byun Baekhyun's company and you'll get married to Jaehwang. Do I make myself clear?"   "Daddy. I won't quit my job and certainly will not get married to Mr Jaehwang who treats me like a slave. I'm sorry daddy." She replied while holding onto her night gown, trembling in fear of what her dad might do to her.   "Hana!" Mr Park yelled in anger as he got up, ready to deliver a hard slap to her cheeks but realization dawn on him as the thoughts of Hana literally telling Baekhyun the whole truth since she's not one to tell a lie made him stop as he swallowed thickly, causing Jaehwang to raise a confused brow at him.   "Hana you better quit your job, get married to Jaehwang or i'll disown you and you'll have to leave my house forever."   "Please daddy I don't want to get married to Jaehwang. Also, I love my job way too much to quit." She said while falling to the ground, sobbing bitterly.   ⚛⚛⚛   Devastated to her working place the next morning after being kicked off her parent's house by her father, Hana spoke to no one as she walked into her office, carefully and quietly so Jongdae won't noti
