Flashback

"Mother, how many times do I have to 
tell you that I don't want to study abroad. I am doing okay here. Don't worry."

"No, Choi Yuna, why won't you understand? This is for your own good. You can manage your father's company branch while you are there. That way, you'd be ready to take over after you are done with degrees."

"Father's assistances can look after that branch Mom. Why do I have to go there?— Cause you are our daughter! Why should we leave it to the stranger when we have a daughter who can manage it. I trust you, no, we trust you Yuna. You can do it."

Yuju's mom places her hand on her daughter, slightly patting her shoulder.

"Your father is flying back and forth from here to there almost every time. He barely stays home with us. You know that right? Don't you want him to rest?" Yuju's mom eyes glisten with tears when she said that to her daughter.

What her mother said was right. Her father staying home more than a month is rare. So rare that she couldn't remember the last time when they had a meal together. Her father would always be on phone with business whenever they had one. She had always thought of helping her father one day but she is not expecting this to be this soon.

There's this invisible weight on the back of her mind that's pulling her back. Back to her....

No. She has to go. She has to help her family. She must go...

Yuju made up her mind and discussed this with her mother on the university she wanted to enroll in and all, without the other girls' knowledge.

But now, after Yerin confessed to her, she doesn't know what to do anymore...It pains her to leave Yerin while she wants to do is to just keep her in her arms and cuddle while watching their favourite shows on TV everyday.

She regrets her decisions so much. Why did I agree to mother so soon? If I just waited a little longer.....

More tears streams down her face as she thought of leaving the girls and Yerin.

After Yuju went upstairs

Yerin is dumbstruck at what happened. Her heart shatters at how the younger girl left her without giving any explanations.

Where did I go wrong? What did I do to make her hate me? Why?

Silent tears stream down her face. She couldn't believe what just happened. She thought she had a chance, but now she is not sure anymore.

The girls in the living room come running into the room to find a stunned Yerin in a crying mess.

Sowon sits in front of Yerin to comfort the broken-hearted girl.

"U-unnie what did I do wrong? Does she hate me? W-why? She said she c-can't..I-I don't understand."

Yerin sobs heavily on her unnie's shoulder.

Eunha is very confused of this situation. She thought Yuju likes Yerin back but why did she reject her?? 

"We will talk about this tomorrow okay? Don't cry unnie." Umji tries to reassures the sobbing girl.
