No it’s fine! I like it!

This same sentence has been repeating on my mind since Chanyeol said it. He likes me to call him Yeol. Are we close now? 

“Wan! You okay? Stop daydreaming about Chanyeol?” Seulgi said after shoving me lightly. We are already walking back to our apartment. Classes ended an hour ago but Seulgi and I ended up eating snacks first before going home. She said it was catch up time since we weren’t alone lunch time.

We ate lunch with Chanyeol. Just the three of us. He was friendly towards Seulgi too. But he wasn’t as talkative as he was before she arrived. It’s weird that he is alone. He’s usually surrounded by his clique, especially his best friends and bandmates, Jongin and Yixing. But I didn’t dare ask. He might take me as his stalker.

I widen my eye and cover Seulgi’s mouth, “can you atleast be quiet? Someone might hear you and tell Chanyeol. I don’t want him to be awkward with me. Now that we’ll be in the same classes for the whole semester.”

“But seriously? How did this whole thing happen? And how many classes do you have together again?”

I shrug, not really knowing the answer, “2 today and 1 tomorrow. I don’t know. I wasn’t even expecting to see him today. I was very surprised when he approached me. Seul, talk to me honestly, is it okay that I have slight crush on him when he thinks we’re friends?”

Seulgi giggles and rolls her eyes at me, “slight, sure. But to be honest, I think he likes you too.”

“What are you saying? What’s your basis? That’s impossible. He approached me because I am the only person he knows.” I say blushing. 

“Okay. If you say so. Although it’s so random taking Interior Design as a minor when you’re a Music major. And today was the first time he spoke to you again, after 2 years!”

“I told you. He said they own an architectural firm and he wanted to help his family.” I explained, not sure if I am trying to explain to Seulgi or myself.

We finally reached our apartment and I decided to take a shower then nap. But when I was on my bed, I can’t help but think of what happened today. Seulgi can’t be right. It’s just a coincidence Chanyeol is in my classes. I slap myself before I assume it was because of me.

“Yeol, where were you today? You weren’t at the studio. We texted you but you weren’t answering us. And why are you so smiley? It’s annoying.” Jongin asked while tuning his guitar.
