Jessica traces her finger over Taeyeon’s face. She could find the swollen cheek and scar below her lips

“Did you have a fight back then?” Jessica asked. She cups Taeyeon’s face with her hand and caressing her cheek, using her thumb

“Yeah” Taeyeon closes her eyes, enjoying the sensation from Jessica’s gentle touch

“Why?” Jessica howled, “You troubled yourself”

“My roommate is a poor mom who jailed because she killed the loan shark who tried to harass her neighbor. Another roommate who always hate me because I had so many deliveries from your father, mocked her. Since her body is so big, she could beat up that poor mom and I decided to pick a fight with her”

Jessica sighs, “You always like that”

“I’m sorry” Taeyeon grinned, “After that, she changed the room with another one”

“I’m sure my Dad make it”

“Sure” Taeyeon smiled again, she reaches Jessica’s hand who retreated from her face, holding it tightly, “I heard about you”

“Yeah, sorry for worrying the world”

“I thought you will run around the city while cursing me because you hate me so much”

“Yah!” Jessica whined, “I’m not that stupid”

“It’s okay” Jessica smiled, “It’s over, Tae. We made mistakes, both of us made mess. Let’s move forward”

“As much as I wanted to hate you, my heart always say that I love you” Jessica takes their intertwined hands, “As much as I wanted to leave this engagement behind, every day my love for you just growing bigger than before. I hate to admit it but, I need you back”

Taeyeon smiles, “I hate the fact that I also falling deeper for you, Sooyeon”

Both of them smiled until Taeyeon leaned closer and meet Jessica’s lips halfway. Their lips move in synch, Taeyeon tried to not making so much move since Jessica still attached with the needle. One last peck on her forehead also her nose makes Jessica’s eyes glow

“Okay” Jessica nods, “I trust you”

Taeyeon smiled again, “Come to see me if you are free, I would like to see your face even we need to be separated by the glass”

“I know” Taeyeon giggled, “You are busy taking care of Zero”

“So cocky” Jessica snorted, “I taught him for behaving because he’s part of chaebol’s family. Krystal even brought him into party”

“Wew, he got much experiences then”

“Told you” Jessica drifted her eyes to the door. The officer, who came with Taeyeon said that their time is up

“Okay, Baby. I need to go back and check that my bed still in shape” said Taeyeon, “I’ll see you soon”

“Yeah” Jessica bats her eyelashes and Taeyeon knows she demands for a kiss

“No need to bats your eyelashes” Taeyeon chuckled before planted another kiss on Jessica’s lips, “I love you, Jessica”

Taeyeon stood and placed her lips on Jessica’s forehead, her last kiss for today

“Don’t do anything silly while I’m gone” Taeyeon murmured

“I promise that I won’t” Jessica replied which makes Taeyeon smiles. She walks to the door and when her hand touches the knob, Jessica called again

“Tae, do not ever fall to another woman”

Taeyeon chuckled, “I would never, Sica”

Jessica glances at her ring, which attached back to her finger after Taeyeon came to see her at hospital, before looks back to the screen. Leo is holding the press conference regarding of the future of the company after The Kims threw into jail

Leo said that the engagement is fine, Taeyeon is the hero for their company and her own family, and also, the fact that Jessica is falling in love over and over again to Taeyeon always be the best thing ever that happened in the meantime

“Look so happy, aren’t you?” Hae In smiled while entering Jessica’s room

“You are lucky I’m not in the mood for having a fight” Jessica drifted her eyes, “Knock the door”

“OMG Jessie Sweetie, don’t be too hard to your Oppa” suddenly Rain popped out from behind

“The heck why are you guys there?” Jessica rolled her eyes; her cousins always make fun of her since toddlers’ day

“Can we just see our cousin at the office?” Hae In pouted, “You are so rude”

“Guys, stop picking fight with our princess” Yunho entered the room, “Seohyun said they are here so I guess they just picking up fight with you, Jess”

“They always be” Jessica glared to the giggled Rain and Hae In, “What makes you here, Yunho Oppa?”

“Handed the report. I just came back from meeting and before I forget to give you this”

“Okay, thanks” Jessica received the manila envelope and put it into her desk, “I’ll check it later”

“Leo is doing his job very well” Yunho drifted his eyes to the screen. The press conference already ended but the news portal still airing the event

“We escaped from the risk time again” Jessica smiled, “We will make it, I’m sure”

“Of course, we are the great team” Rain proudly smile, “The future of our company is bright”

“Don’t be too cocky, remember to watch your attitude” Yunho reminded, “Stop dragging your cousin into an unimportant mess”

“How’s life?” Taeyeon asked when Jessica pay her a visit, like she promised before

“Fine, the company with the new team is going so well. Hae In Oppa and Rachel said that your team members are great”

“Told you” Taeyeon grinned, feeling proud, “Anyway, I have good news from this morning”

“What’s that?”

“I finished my probation very well. I could be free on the next two weeks. It’s been three months and I’ve been nice to our law”

“Really?” Jessica smiled widely, “That’s great, Tae!”

“Yep. Thanks”

“Huh, why?”

“Because you did what I said before. To wait for me, to trust me”

“I will, Tae” Jessica smiled again, “I couldn’t wait for having you by my side again”

Taeyeon smiles, showing her dimple smile and also, finally she could see Jessica’s wide smile to her. It likes the light on her dark, her fire on her cold

Her everything that she swears she won’t leave it behind, again

“Don’t worry” Jessica smiled, “I’m not that busy today, what can I do for you?”

“Oh well, I heard Taeyeon’s team were recruited by your company” Sunny stated, “What about Taeyeon?”

“She doesn’t decide, yet”

“I see. I have an offer for her, a MV Director for SM” Sunny takes the manila envelope, “This is the proposal. I gave it to you first because I think, Taeyeon would consider this offer if you agree”
