She start designing the shoes for both Junghwa and Jungkook, while Jieun placing the new shoes an make it pretty. Her store become more popular for teenager, sometime they just come and taking a look, the other time they come and bought the shoes, her business goes well, 
“Ah, Jieun-ssi, I have the new one, it’s just come from the factory, place it there,” she said, Jieun take it from the box that Yerim placed next to refrigerator, then Jieun find something another box the small one, she open it then found another shoes, it’s not woman’s shoes, it’s man’s ,
“What is this?,” she asked Yerim while showing her the shoes,
“You can put it there, it’s not from the factory,” she said, then avoiding Jieun’s gaze.
Then because of her curriousness Jieun decided to reading the paper that placed between the shoes secretly,
Today, 2 months before I come to Korea….
I tried to design shoes for you that I thought it’ll fit with your character, I hope you’ll like it. Today I’ll make it with my own hand. Promise me that you’ll wear it for me. With a lot of love from me, Kim Yerim.
Then she is looking for the size of the shoes,
“It’s his size, you made it for him?,” she asked in a low voice so she won’t hear, then put it back to the place. she is smiling while walking to her, “the new one are pretty,” she said then open the box, “I’ll place it here,” she said, Yerim looking at her then nodding then back to her work, “I shouldn’t do this, but why I keep thinking that I should do something for both of you,” she thought then walking back to the box, then take the box, taking photo of the shoes, “sorry boss,” she said then put it back.
While Jaehyun at florist, choosing flowers for someone then start typing some text to someone,
Happy birthday..I just want to say that..
And send it to Yerim, Yerim who read the text then smiling, “what’s wrong with this oppa?,” then text him back saying thank you.
“Oppa?,” Jieun walking closer to Yerim.
“Ah..Jaehyun sunbaenim, he want me to call him oppa, so I decided to call him oppa,” then smiling, Jieun smile back to her.
Yerim looking at the calendar then searching for her dad contact number, “it’s already my six time, passing my birthday without my family,” she said then trying to call her dad, but then there is no response from him, then she put the phone back.
“Then..this year I ‘ll celebrate my third birthday without them,” Jieun come again with a small cupcake, “not because I have fight with them, but they really leave me, forever,” then lighting up the candle, “happy birthday, Boss Kim,” Yerim smiling hearing someone calling her boss,
“Let just have a happy live, then I’ll make a wish first,” she close her eyes, give me the best live, and I hope I can meet my family again after long time, then open her eyes blowing the candle, Jieun clapping for her, “thank you Jieun-ssi,” she said. Jieun looking at someone who standing in front of the store then bowing to him, Donghyuk come to see the birthday girl,
“Saengil chukka noona,” he said then putting a paper bag on the table, “mom want me to give this for you, she want to meet you..you should come home sometime,” then sitting next to her, 
“I come sometime,” she said the open the paper bag, smiling, “my favourite soup when my birthday come, I miss this soup, it has been a while since the last time I eat this soup,” then start eating eat.
“Then you should see her before go, not just standing in front of the door,” then giving Yerim a present, “I can give you the real gift now,” he sound pround of himself, Yerim smiling.
“Thank you dongsaeng-ah,” then he give her a paper, ah..a picture of shoes,
”give me that kind of shoes on my birthday, okay?,” he said smiling, then Yerim hit him then take the paper.
“You should drive me home, come again tonight then I’ll go home with you,” she said, Donghyuk nodding.
Jungkook just come out from his office room, he want to get his lunch in restaurant near here, then start checking his phone there , there is a reminder that today is Yerim’s birthday,
“Happy birthday,” he said then putting back his phone. On his way to the restaurant he is looking at the cake that displayed in a bakery, “it’s sad,” he said then his driver asked why, “nothing.” I want to celebrate it though, we never doing that properly. I just want to see how pretty you are while closing your eyes, making a wish. Then his phone ringing, it’s from Jaehyun, “Hmm, why?.”
“Because I don’t really have experience in dating like you so I ask you this, what should I give to someone who have her birthday today,” he said, after heard that Jungkook lowering his head, “answer me.”
“You should know that..what she like..just give her that,” then end the call, “after lunch, drive me to that bakery,” he said to his driver. 
And here he is in front of Yerim’s store, he choosed to put the cake in front of the door rather than giving it to her, but then when he is about to leave someone open the door,
“Hey coward,” she said, Jieun walking closer to him, “I’m waiting for you to open the door, but you choosed to put what you want to give to her there?, hey..that delicious cake will shattered if you put it there,” then take the box, “her favourite colour,” she said after opening the box, “she isn’t there, she is having her lunch with her new oppa, come in I want to show you something,” she said then open the door for him, Jungkook following her then stoping near Yerim’s working table where she is working on his enggagment shoes,
“Why?, what do you want to show me?,” he asked, then she is back with another box, “what is that?.”
“Open it, you’ll be happy after you know it,” she give the box to him, then he open the box, there is white shoes, classic sneakers and a memo, he then read the memo,
“It just come yesterday, from London,” Jieun said then taking some beverage from the refrigerator.
“Is it really for me?,” he asked.
“Then try it, it’s your size,” she’s saying while pointing at the shoes’s size, “and that initial,” then pointing at JK intial that written in hangul, it become ornament for the soles, Jungkook smiling after see that,
“Then..will she give it to me?,” he asked then close the box,
“I don’t know, but..I hope you won’t taking it now..because it’ll be trouble for me if you do that,” she said the taking the box from him, “I just want you to know..that she did this for you,” then put the box back to it placed. 
“Then tell her, that I wish all the best for her, thank you,” then bowing to her, “ahh..don’t do that..just tell her that you found the cake without knowing the sender,” then he leave like that.
“Stupid..I’ll tell her your first sentence..that you wish all the best for her.”
She is having lunch with Jaehyun in a fancy restaurant, Yerim looking around,
“Oppa I know that you want to celebrate my birthday..but we don’t have to celebrate it here.., ” she said looking uncomfortable, Jaehyun pouting his mouth, “okay then…but we’ll just eating here..no more than that,” after she said that, a waiter come with a cake, Yerim lowering her head, “oppa.”
“Keep saying that word, I like it,” he said then smiling, he thanks the waiter then lighting up two candles, “make a wish,this one for you, this one for me,” he said, he want to make a wish too. She close her eyes then blowing one of the candle, then he do the same after that. I’ll confess to her today, I hope it’ll go well. When she is about to cut the cake, he stop it, ”listen to me, just a minute,” then Yerim put the knife back then looking at him, “I want to do it from a long time ago, but I keep held it. But today, I really want to do it, so..Kim Yerim..I have this strange of feeling whenever I’m with you, it start for the first time I’m meeting you, 5 years ago. My friend told me, maybe I have some feeling to you..like ‘love’?,” Yerim widening her eyes, “so, let’s date, Yerim-ah..I like you,” he said the trying to grab Yerim hand, “that’s my gift for you in your birthday, ” he said, Yerim bitting her lower lip, “do you feel the same?.”
“Thank you for what you have done for me, but oppa…don’t you think you should give time for me to answer that?,” she asked, “just like you need time to confess, so give me sometime too, okay?,” Jaehyun nodding but he look sad because he couldn’t hear it right now, “let’s eat,” she said then start eating.
While waiting for Donghyuk, Yerim back to her work while Jieun getting ready to go home, 
“Ah..boss, someone come and give this for you,” she said then give the box that Jungkook brought earlier, “he said that he wish all the best for you. Then I’ll leave first,” she then bowing to her after Yerim take the box. Yerim open the box where a cute purple and pink coloured cake is there, there is a memo there when  she open the memo it just her name that written there.. Kim Yerim..just like that,
“Thank you,” she said then looking at someone who just open the door, “ahh, you come, let’s go,” she said then cleaning up the table,
“You got a cake, from Jaehyun hyung?,” he asked.
“No, not from him,” then she pushed him so he won’t ask anything again.
Here they are, in front of the house where she played since kid,
“Dad goes to Jeju this afternoon, so only mom is there, I told her that you’ll come..,” Donghyuk open the door for her, but then suddenly her leg trembeling, “what’s wrong?,” he asked,
“Just, I’m really nervous, it has been long time,” she said then starting to take a step forward, Donghyuk smiling,
“Mom, noona is here,” he said, Yerim smiling then saying thank you to him, their mom run form kitchen, Yerim all smile when she see her face, then start crying when she hug her,
“You finally come, daughter. Mom really miss you,” she said.
“Me too.”
“Thank you, I thought you want come home again after that day. Although your dad still angry about it, but this door always open for you, you’ll always find your way to back home,” she said then pulling her to dining room, there she prepared so many food, “mom made it, your favourite food,” then they are having dinner together. After staying there for over 2 hour, Yerim come out from the house with Donghyuk,
“Come often noona, come again when dad home,” he said, but Yerim just smiling, “I’ll drive you, wait here,” when he is about to leave,
“No need, I’ll go home by myself, the bus still running at this time,” when she is about to leave him, “ah..the cake,” she said, she brought the cake that Jungkook gave, “in your car,” Donghyuk smiling then leave her to take her cake, not long he is back with the cake,
“It’s from Jungkook hyung, right?,” he asked, Yerim take the box,
“I don’t know why he gave this to me,” then leave him.
“Maybe, he want to celebrate it with you, noona,” he said then smiling.
“Don’t joke around,” then leaving him while waving hand.
On her way to go home, she still feel happy because she can meet her mom after long time in her birthday,
You give me a lot of gift on my birthday, thank you for that. Spending with someone who I love and who love me. 
Then she suddenly remember about Jaehyun’s confession, “what should I do with that?, I take what he gave, but I couldn’t give anything back to him,” she said then taking a deep breath, “saying yes to his confession it’ll make him hurt if he know the truth later, ahh…it’s complicated.” Then she is looking at the cake, “and..him, why he did this to me?, knowing his girlfriend already know about our past,” then open the box, “but..thank you for remembering my birthday and my favourite colour.”
Then a car stoping near the bus stop, someone come out from the car, walking to Yerim,
“It has been long time, right?, Kim Yerim-ssi,” a male voice, Yerim looking at the one who talk to her, “we just meet once and you gave a good impresion for me, but then..you made me hate you, until today.” Yerim widening her eyes knowing who is he, Jungkook’s dad, “Junghwa told me that Jungkook ex, ah..I shouldn’t say that you were his fiance, girlfriend?, ah..not girlfriend too. So, Junghwa told me that you comeback to Korea and meeting them coincidiently, so, what’s the reason you suddenly comeback after leaving like that?, do you have plan to do something to them?,” he asked, Yerim taking a deep sigh before answer all his question,
“Anyyong hasseo,” Yerim standing and bowing to him, “firstly, I’m sorry if my comeback making you nervous like this..but really I don’t have that kind of plan, the reason I comeback is because I want it…because I want to meet my family my friends who I missed.” His father grining,
“Then should I tell you not to come closer to my son, because he already has girlfriend now, way better than you,” he said, Yerim lowering her head,
“Congratulation then getting new daughter in law, I won’t coming closer to him,” she is looking at the bus that come to the bus stop, “then I leave first, nice to meet you,” then bowing to him, “I made you  hate me?,” she asked while looking at Jungkook’s dad from bus, then smiling.
