Valentine's day

 

The event is now on part of the Chocolate giving, the girls and woman can't stop them selves from shouting and squealing.

 

A teenage girl wearing a red dress went up to the stage, take her bow while offering a small red box of cake and a handmade card "This is for you" the girl said blushing

 

"Thank you, this is cute" Van said smiling while taking the box

 

Everyone is happily waiting for their turn to give the gift that they have prepared. And every time Van accept the present almost everyone in the event go insane. Shouting i love you's, cheering his name and more.

After the gift giving of Zee and Van, Zee went back to the stage for her to give the ladies a final song.

Pie is busy arranging the different kinds of present receive by Zee and after that she arrange Van's gifts table, the both of them receive a lot especially Van.

Pie sometimes reads some of the messages on the card that make her laugh, she is almost done when she saw some sticky note in the end of the table.

 

She got the pen in her pocket and write something on the piece of paper. Just after she finished writing someone suddenly grab the piece of paper in her hands and said "what is this?"

 

Pie knew that voice, she turned around and tried to take away the paper but she failed "you could have just say it" said the one holding the note away from her

 

"Hey give that to me" Pie said and she tried to get the letter again but it seems that she has no luck as the other is so fast to dodge her attempt

 

"Oh common Pie, you gonna give this to me anyway" the person said with a smirk

Pie stop turned her back and sigh "I didn't turned into something so its just embarrassing for you to read it while I am here"

 

"Congratulations Van, you turned out great and very successful. You surprise me -Pie" The person named Van read out loud what pie have wrote and then added "You know Pie, I was surprised when I saw you the other day"

 

Pie swiftly turned to face Van "So you noticed me after all?" she asked with a knitted eyebrow

 

"Of course, why wouldn't I?" Van answered with a proud smile plastered on his face

 

"So how long you've been dating that actress" Pie asked curiously

 

"We weren't dating in the first place, how about you do you have a boyfriend?" Van said shrugging

 

"Ah yes, I do, I do have someone" Pie answered immediately

 

"Oh" the only word he could say with a little bit of disappointment but manage to hide it to the lady in front of her

 

Pie went out the door and look around looking for something, her eyes shines brightly when she sees a familiar figure at the end of the long hallway talking to some staff "that is my someone" Pie said calling Vans attention while pointing his hands to Kim's direction

 

Van peak his head through the door "oh really, that's the guy?" he said laughing

 

Pie creases her forehead because of Van's laughing, when she turned her head she saw Mr.G "No, No! Not him" she said in panicked but when the elevator door open Mr.G went in revealing the handsome tom he blocked awhile ago "That's the one, the one with glasses" Pie said proudly and happily

 

Van's happiness faded when he see Kim's figure, he felt insecure seeing a tall and handsome figure few meters away from them

 

"Kim! Kim!" Pie shouted trying to call her attention but got ignore because kim's is too focused on the person she is talking to until they went away

 

Van laugh again hiding his insecurities "not being love, eh?" He asked teasingly

 

"That's not it, The boss is just busy" Pie answered defensively

 

"Anyway stop talking like we are strangers okay?" He paused a little and continue "we're friends, right?" Van said with a small smile

 

"Friends?" Pie repeated doesn't know how to react "ah ye-ah your right" she said in a low tone, thinking she feel a pinch in her heart

 

"Your uniform looks good on you" Van said trying to change the topic by complementing Pie "I can see that you are working hard and dedicated to your job, your really a grown up now Pie" he said messing Pie hair with his right hand

 

Pie just smile and gave him a nod.

PIE POV

 

I was on my way home when suddenly someone cover my mouth  with one hand  while the other hand hug me from behind, I froze and felt scared at the same time. I can feel the breath behind my ear that send shivers to my body then the person whispers with a husky voice "Can I kidnap you for today?" I know this voice

The person slowly releases the cover in mouth while saying "Please?" Upon hearing, the familiarity of the voice struck me that made my heart skip a beat

 

"Kim?" I uttered while slowly turning around to face her

 

I saw a sweet smile plastered on her face

 

Oh my is she asking me out? I asked my self then upon realizing my lips automatically make a big curve.

 

"I'll take that as a yes" then she take my hand in hers before dragging me to her car.

we've been in the road for almost an hour then she turn left to a small alley that don't even have street lights.

I can now only see the road that the head lights of the car hits "ahm Kim where are we going? it is so dark in here?" I asked feeling a little bit scared because of the darkness

 

"hey don't ask, remember I kidnap you" she said seriously and stop after a few minutes, she went out and open the car door for me.

 

"where are we going?" I asked again but she just continue walking dragging me

 

She Lie down in the grass "Come, lay down with me" I walk closer and just look at her cute action, I can't believe my boss is acting childish laying in the grass comfortably

"You could try it, it is warm" She added

I lay myself beside her "Dad and I used to come out here, lay down and watch the star shines bright" she said full of emotion

 

"Used to?" I asked  looking above and she is right we can see the stars shining bright, the sky is so clear and beautiful

 

"After my father died this is my first time coming back in here" She said still looking at the horizon

 

"Oh I'm sorry" I said turning my head to look at her

 

"Nah, its okay. I'm glad I can come here again because of you" she answered smiling

but before I could answer she stands up "You wanna dance with me?" she asked pulling me to stand up  

 

"I Can't do this" I said unsure because I do not know how to dance, never tried it before 

Kim smile at me "We just gonna have to get a little closer" She said while she hold my back pulling me closer that made me hold into her shoulders

then she started singing

She moves little by little while guiding me and I just follow her lead

 and It surprises me because we are now moving in a synchronize move as we dance with the rhythm of her song

she is looking straight into my eyes and I felt like melting and hypnotized in those tantalizing eyes

she bring her faces closer and lean her forehead to mine still looking straight into my eyes

After finishing the song the small gap between us disappear and I felt her soft lips brushing to my lips, my eyes slowly closes as I feel the moment of my first. It is not a long nor short kiss but it is full of love and affection.

after the sweet kiss I felt my face heat-en up, i know my cheeks is burning red and to hide my shyness I sai "Your a terrible singer. . ." But I added in a Low voice  "but I like it"  because the truth is, she sang very well and I love it.

 

"I know, I know I can see it in your face" she said teasingly

 

I did not notice when we arrive but we are in a cliff over viewing the whole city, we spend another hour looking at the beautiful view hugging and teasing making memories before she send me home.

The Next day

 

I went to Zee's agency " Good Morning!" I greeted the receptionist with my warmest smile

 

"Good morning, what can I help you Ma'am?" The lady said politely

 

"I'm from GGC hotel, the event was a big success thanks to your Zee, I am here to express our gratitude" i answered cheerfully  

 

"The chief right? She is still in the meeting, please wait a moment." She said leading me towards the waiting area

 

"Yes, thank you" I answered

I take my seat in a single seater sofa when suddenly 2 men passing by caught my attention

 

"Seriously that Kim of GGC Hotel had us there" a man with glasses said

 

"Our chief gives in easily too" the other guy in black suit answered laughing a little

 

I position my self sideways trying to hear what they are talking about. I feel like a spy all of a sudden

 

"Still how could that kim found out Zee and the chief was having a fling?" the glass man asked "Where is the source?" he added before pushing the elevator button

 

"Well the beauty, Baifern, She dated Kim in the Past" He answered

 

"Our very own Baifern Pimchanok? Seriously?" He asked unbelievably 

 

"Yup, indeed!" He said positively

 

"What?"  I said out loud standing up from my position that caught everyone's attention

Oh shoot this is embarrassing, I mentally face palm. I vow to them while having an apologetic look.

 

"Miss Mindara" The receptionist called me, oh thank God I am save "You can enter the chief office now" she said with a smile

 

"Thank you" I answered

After giving the company's gratitude to the chief I immediately went back to our office but kim is not to be found. I take my sit to my desk and turn on my computer and type the name Baifern Pimchanok 

 

        

 

So this is her Ex? One of the best actress today, She is so beautiful. . . I suddenly felt Insecure. My chest tightens, 'does kim really like me?' I asked my self, How can she let go of a girl like her and end up with someone like me?
