She wakes up late that day, that's all she knows. Yet, she feels incredibly tired. If Bae Juhyun didn't know any better, she'd say that outfit hanging in her bedroom's door is for an appointment. Maybe a schedule?

While she's getting dressed, she sees a golden invitation apparently lost in the middle of her closet. "Of all places to leave random things behind," she thinks taking a look at the envelope. Her mind vision is blurry, but she manages to read it’s a wedding invitation and it’s written that at 7pm of that exact same day, Park Sooyoung is getting married.

"What?" And it's extended to another person. "Wait, is my sister in town?" 

And just as she asked herself, she sees suits and whatnot in the other side of her appartment’s closet. Those belong to a man, same man she's been dating for a long while, she guesses. And in the blink of an eye her manager is driving her to said schedule.

"We're not going to be late for Sooyoung's ceremony after, right?" 

"What ceremony? Didn't you agree yourself this schedule is far more important? Besides you've already been to her engagement party, you said it was enough."

“I said WHAT? And what could be possibly be more important? Where are the other girls?” and before Juhyun could get any answer, a phone in her purse rings.

"Hello, Juhyun. It's me, Seungwan. We're already at Joy's ceremony: Seulgi, Yerim and I. If you can, come by to see us later. And I'm sure Sooyoung will be pleased with your gift. Bye!!!" 

"Wendy? Wait, no! Wendy, I want to, but-" 

Before she can tell Wendy how confusing her day has been and oh, how heavy her body feels, Wendy hangs up as if she just listened to a recorded message.

"Stop the car!" Her manager looks at her. "I said, stop the car! I'm not going to any schedule, Sooyoung is getting married! Red Velvet's Joy. My friend, Park Sooyoung! I have to go!" She gets out, not even bothering to listen to her manager's ranting. A sudden rush of boldness running through her veins. She enters first taxi she sees and shows the driver Joy’s wedding adress, mentioning they should have a quick stop at her appartment before, she would change to more appropriate clothing.

The ride is slow and when they arrive, she notices her appartment lobby is incredibly dark. She pushes the elevator’s button, nothing. It’s not working. At this point, she just runs straight to the stairway. The more she tries to climb it faster, the slower she seems to get. She can’t breathe properly at this point. Her vision gets worse. She finally sees her floor number and manages to get to her flat’s entry. Right then, she collapses.

When she wakes up, it’s already 7pm sharp! She’s laying in her bed wearing a long black dress, heels, red lipstick. “Oh, no! No, no, no, no!” She gets out and to her surprise, the elevator is back on. She presses ground floor and amongst that freaking headache she’s gotten, she just wishes for it not to stop. It doesn’t. “Where’s that ahjussi?” But the taxi is long gone.

“Juhyun, if you want to go to Sooyoung’s marriage that much, just get in. Your appointment was rescheduled. Come on in.”

“Oppa?!” It’s her manager, but Irene’s gotten enough bad luck for the day, she ain’t gonna question. She hops in the car and he speeds it.
