I've been in so many toxic relationships I want you to know the signs and get out of them before it's too late. And what to do about it too.

Firstly, a relationship isn't always going to be sunshine and rainbows, but it's about how it feels while you're in the fight and how the other approaches the situation.

Secondly, Every single relationship WILL (And should ) have fights. No, they shouldn't get physical or mentally/emotionally abusive, but, at times they will possibly head in that direction.

Thirdly most of this can apply to more than just dating, it can apply to friendships, lovers, parents, and other such social relationships.

This is written from my own experiance, don't take this as a deciding factor to be 'fact' but consider it's options and do your research. If you ever feel like your life is in danger, Inform an adult, or someone you trust who can help you get out.

1: "I'm sorry." But the situation continues.

If they ever hit you and appologize, only to keep doing it  -   you need to get out. They aren't sorry, and this will only intnsify. It will start once or twice, then get worse because you basically are allowing them tot get away with abusing you.

2: Cheating and blaming it on you

If you are in a relationship and out of no where you find out they are cheating, then they tell you it's your fault because you "Don't give them enough ." , "You don't look good enough for them anymore."  "You don't ually appeal to them anymore..."   "You Made them do it."   -  Get out of this situation. They don't respect you, and likely never will.

3: You're upset and they make it worse

If you're upset and they are kicking you when you're down, this is a good sign you're being abused. It's one thing to make someone sad, its another thing to know they are sad and keep hurting them. If you ever feel like someone is doing something on purpose to hurt you when you're down, tell them you don't appreciate it, if they continue you need to get out of that situation, or at minimum don't let their words affect you when you're down because they are only trying to wear you down even more.

4: They point out your flaws and never tell you the good points.

If all you're ever hearing is how fat, stupid, ugly, worthless, useless you are, but you never hear "I'm proud of you" "Good job"  "Way to go."  "Keep it up" or other such things, there is a good chance the person is trying to make themselves feel better. This is an abuse tactic that is used even in parenting.

5: Peer Pressure

Look at the thing you're about to do, or something you've been told to do. Is it dangerous? Is it something you normally wouldn't if someone was there watching you, is it something that could have severe infractions on your health or your life? If you're considering drinking at a young age, or drugs, or ual activity, rethink these. the best thing to do to overcome peer pressure is to remember that nothing you're doing righgt now in life matters except your schooling. I was there, I went to highschool and experianced the 'pressure' to be pretty, the football team

Chapter 20: don't be hard on yourself
we're all human but it is best to try and make decisions with as clear a head as possible
good advice, but don't hold yourself so hard to it that you end up hurting more <3

Chapter 20: Don't be too hard on yourself, that may be easy for me to say especially when I don't know your situation and 5 friends is quite a lot. But even though you made a mistake in letting your emotions catch up to you, at least you recognized it, better than a lot of people who still blame the other side without acknowledging they themselves did something wrong too. Just because your a role model to others doesn't mean you have to be perfect. You're allowed to make mistakes. Take care of yourself to as you do with others, you're just as important <3

Chapter 19: Owh you're having GERD too.
I was told that besides food intakes, emotional problems have some effects in our digestive system.

So, again, let's live a healthy 2018, both physically and mentally.
