Who am I to tell you what to do?
Let me explain here...
I'm a foody, or, I was. For the new me I'm changing. Why?
I almost died.
No, I'm not kidding.
My body went toxic. I was eating so much of what I wanted to and nothing what I should have been.
Cakes, Candy, Chips, Sugary drinks, Pasta, bread.
See, it's a mathmatical Equation.
Lets put it this way,
I'm sure you're all familiar with how your bdoy works to process food but let me explain.
Anything that goes into your body is processed and filterd through many organs. One of those organs is your gallbladder.
This piece regulates the amount of acid you produce to break down your food.
Why does this matter? The little thing is about the size of a golfball, maybe a little smaller. It produces all your stomach acid.
This organ releases more stomach acid into your stomach when you eat fatty/greesey foods like cheeses, pastas, and carbs that it sees as 'hard to break down'
So, why does this matter?
Because, if you eat too much the break down becomes much slower and - over time your stomach will start having issues. Mine started with stomach pain, I thought iritable bowl syndrome because I was never regular.
However, the older I got, the worse my problems got.
