It was their third year anniversary. 

However, instead of celebrating it, Chen and Chanyeol got into a fight, the details of which Chen does not remember anymore. 

As Chanyeol left the house, Chen shouted, "I hope you get hit by a car!" 

He should have said sorry, should have told him that they should talk it out like adults instead of having a screaming match, or maybe simply have begged him to stay.
