I'm still sitting on the chair with my eyes filled with tears. No, even when he's gone now, I don't want to cry. I want to be strong, but. . . 

" Noona ! " I hear a familiar voice is calling, It's Sungjong

He sits on the seat next to mine while I'm covering my face, He must not know that I'm crying !!

" Noona, it's ok.. I see that " He smiles slighlty, showing me that he cares. He pat my back, and let me cry on his chest.

" Sungjong.. it hurts... Jeongie... hurtss " I said between my sobs. .

" I know noona, I know you're hurt. Please, just let it out. " I hug him and cry more. More until I feel my tears are dry.

 

For another hour, Sungjong is being mute and me, try to stop my tears from flowing.

" Hey, noona. Do you know. . . you don't have to cry like this "

" But, I love him. It was all my fault for playing with him... I regret it .. but.. he hates me " I burst into tears even more, remembering how Myungsoo hates me

" Noona, I can't stand to see you cry like this. And no, it's not  your fault. It's OUR fault... Please, I beg you ... don't cry " He hugs me back and pat my back, calming me

He then let go of his hug and wipe my tears, showing me his wide and innocent smile

" I have something to tell you, and you must know it. It can't be hide forever "

I blink my eyes rapidly, then I look at him, just as he looks at me

" What is that ? "

" Listen. . . Even Myungsoo hyung hates you, there's someone else who loves you more than Myung hyung... so don't be sad, neh ? "

" W-what... but Jeongie... who ? " He smiles, and move my bangs from covering my face

" Noona, he's not far.. It's Sungyeol hyung. He's been madly in love with you since long ago, but you never realize it. Afraid of breaking the freandship, he keeps it all inside. He cares for you tenderly, and do you know how he was down when you said you love Myung hyung ? "

" Sung-Yeol ? Sungyeol... ? " I still look at him dumbfounded

" Ne, Lee Sungyeol hyung... Now, as a nice dongsaeng, I want you to see him now. I don't want you to be sad and depress just because Myung hyung hates you. Do you know how much your hurt Sungyeol only by watching you sad ? "

" YEOL !! " I run towards him, who is now sitting under the tree by himself, relaxing his tired body. I guess it's break time ?

" Uh, hi Sally !!! " He waves at me cheerfully, but I can see from his eyes.. sadness

" Yeol, I miss you ! " I hug him tight, making him cough a bit

" Yah Yah.. we just met and you miss me already ? What a weirdo !!! " He laughs.. I miss his laughs

" Ne. . . I'm a weirdo " I let go , and join him under the tree, watching the beautiful garden

 

" Sally . . . " He calls, breaking the silent.. Argh, I hope he won't talk about Kim Myungsoo.. 

" N-ne ? " 

" Today. . . is a great day. Look at the sky ! " He shows me his infamous gummy smile, so cute

" Yeah, you right.. there's no point to be sad on such a wonderful day.. thanks " I rest my head on his shoulder, enjoying the moment with my bestfriend

 

 

--- night --- SUNGYEOL POV

 

I can't bare to see her fake smiles and laugh. . . Since this morning, I didn't talk about that guy named Kim Freakin Myungsoo just to help her to relax . . . she needs it. I'm her bestfriend, I know when she's sad or not. She is a strong girl, too strong, I guess. . .  I know she loves Myungsoo so much. And I know that her heart is breaking into pieces, tiny pieces of hearts fell down to the ground. I can't even imagine how a person could fake smile after what happen . . . she's strong, and that's one of tons of reasons why I love her ~

 

" Yeollie ! Woohyun-ssi told me that we can start the fireworks in a minute.. " She smiles happily at me. . . fake, of course

" Reaallyyy ???? WHOAAAAAA !! I LOVE FIREWORKSSS !!! " I jumps in excitement, trying to let my choding personalitly revel himself but in the end I'm acting like I am 

She giggles on how random I am . .  I want to see her smile again, but, the real one

Sungyeol happily jumps like he used to do. . I giggles and look at his eyes, and I realize. . . his laughs and all his randomness. . . it was a made-up action... He isn't happy, why ? I tried so hard to look happy infront of him... but why he's not happy by looking at my smile ? Does he realize my fakeness ? No, that couldn't be. . . 

" Yeol, I need to go to the restroom, wait here ! " I waves and run to the rest room

 

Just when I was about to enter the restroom, I see a familiar figure. . . being a curious person, I tried to alk a little bit closer. How I hope I didn't do that..

There, standing a guy named Myungsoo with a random girl, I guess she's from the same class as me... he whispers something to her ears and she giggles, they are so close.. too close 

 

Bravely, I walk over him and slap him on his face.. 

" Yah !! What's that for !! " He shouts at me

" That's what you get for .. for. . " I lost my words when I saw his piercing glare at me

" For what ? You .. go away ! " That girl said, ing with

I can't take it. . . I turn around and run as fast as I can, crying my hearts out... 

Why... just in one night, Myungsoo turns from the sweet caring guy into a flirt, jerk !!

Not caring on my direction, I bumped into a hard chest and I feel being embraced by the long hands

" Sally !! What happen ? " It's Sungyeol 

" Yeol.. I.. I... :" I cried, hug Sungyeol as tight as I can, cry as hard as I can... 

 

 

 

MYUNGSOO POV

A random girl from my class ( i guess ) come to me and ask if we can talk privetly.. It's a fireworks night, so nobody will notice if one or two members are missing. 

Standing alone with the girl she starts to flirt and ing around... For having nothing better to do, I follow the flow, but I can't concentrate.. I'm not enjoying this flirting moment like I used to .. why ?

Suddenly, I feel my face is hot, due to a shocking slap. . . Sally ?

 

" Yah !! What's that for !! " I raise my voice and glare at her

" That's what you get for .. for. . " She doesn't continue her sentence and stood there like a statue

" For what ? You .. go away ! " The random girl said to Sally, her faciel expression change and I see tears formed on her beautiful eyes

She runs but when I was about to chase her, the girl held me by holding my wrist

" Well, where are you going, Myungsoo ? We're not even done anything " She said, with her y tone.. 

" When did we even start something ? I don't remember anything.. now let go of me !! " I shout at her, I feel so frustated right now

" Yah Myungsoo !!! What's wrong ?! Did I even do something wrong to you ? I didn't !!  " She almost screams, protest my sudden behaviour change

" You just call Sally a you freakin b tch !! And you said you done nothing wrong ? Go to hell !!! " I run and she stood there like a damn rock 

I run to find Sally, hoping she's ok.. 

Watching from far, I see her.. crying.... it hurts me to see her cry 

and what hurts more is that she's crying because of me

Sally. . . I'm sorry... I lost my mind just now.. I .. I can't explain this

I widen my eyes as I realize she's in the embrace of Lee Sungyeol. . . 

Why ? Out of hundreds of boys in the school, why Sungyeol ? 

My heart arched even more...

Guess this is my punishment for being bad for the past ONE night
