This concludes everything about this story. Thank you for reading! And love you guys for all the supports~~ ^^
The day is bright, it’s a good day for Donghyuk own liking. Not like he is complaining; he likes it. As if the day is a sign of something good will fold up their way. The street is filled with people coming in and out of the hospital, or just passersby walking down the streets to their destination. Yet it doesn’t give much thoughts to him as every day is the same day, the hospital would always get crowded with a sea of people.
Distracting himself from the reverie is June taking a seat beside him on the walk stone with two cups of hot coffee. Donghyuk mouths a thank you to him as he takes the offered coffee. The two sits side by side in front of the hospital’s entrance, watching the hustle and bustle of life in the big city of Seoul. Donghyuk looks up to the sky, it’s almost the end of summer. Soon fall will come bringing the solemn breeze of cold air and orange leaves that scattered throughout the places, petals by petals swinging melancholy as they fall down from the trees.
He frowns at his own thoughts. Bringing his gaze back to the streets Donghyuk mentally punches himself. Why would he be so emo when the day is such a good day? He is utterly confused of himself. Taking a sip of the steaming coffee he hopes his mind would be sorted out. Just then, June says to him, “This coffee is too bitter don’t you think?”
Donghyuk stays silence for a moment before his nods his head and let out a small “yeah.” Another sip he takes before uttering, “It’s not that bad though. It’s making my taste bud paralyses.” June says making Donghyuk laughing out loud. June followed when he hears the high pitched laugh of the older. Donghyuk’s heart warmed up, it has been so long since he last laughing this jubilantly.
The two fall into another silence. A comforting one that both appreciate. Watching the busy streets again, June thoughts it is the best moment to ask one he has been prying on about for months. “You didn’t tell Sajangnim about them, right?”
Donghyuk’s head fall down at that. Small yet sad grin plastered on his sunken deep face. It’s amazing how June could figure it out. Tilting his head towards the latter he asks, “How did you know?”
June smirks playfully yet knowingly, and it lingers on his full mouth too long. “It’s about damn time for somebody to notice it.” The younger remarks with his eyes fully focused in front, towards the line of cars stopping at the red traffic light. Donghyuk has his gaze falls on the younger instead. Wondering deeply how fast June—out of the others to notice his little lies.
He has no words to say other than giving an acknowledgement by smiling; very sadly. Again letting down his head Donghyuk feels relieve yet still in trouble. For nothing will change though, he stil
