“And then they asked me about dogs versus cats!” Minghao finished, telling his roommate, Wonwoo, his story as the other was setting up his bed. The younger sat on the bed across from him, hugging the pillow.

The ravenette laughed, sitting down on his made bed. “Did you ask why?”

“Yeah, but they didn’t answer.” He replied before hearing his phone beside him vibrate. Curiously, he picked up his phone and furrowed his eyebrows. “Speak of the devil.”

His roommate’s eyes perked, crawling over to the other’s bed and leaning in to see the message. Minghao could feel his cheeks burning as the other’s face got closer to his.

Unknown: So wait, why did you pick dogs?

As soon as he was close, he backed up, chuckling softly. “So you did pick dogs.”

“Uhm, of course?” He responded, slightly disappointed at how he thought that he wouldn’t. “I wouldn’t betray Ki.”

“Are you going to leave him hanging then?”

He almost forgot about that. He hurriedly opened his phone again, typing away.

Hao: I'm sorry? Why do you want to know

Unknown: Hey we asked first bully

Hao: “we”????

Hao: Also im not a bully!!!!!

“He called me a bully!” He shouted, widening his eyes in surprise. “For asking him why!” 

The other giggled at his friend’s childish actions, standing up from the bed. “I’m going to the kitchen, don’t be rude to them.”

“Wow, I can’t believe we’re friends. What if he’s a stalker!?” He spoke worriedly.

He shrugged, leaving the room. “Then block him!”

The other sighed, looking back at his phone. He is right, although for some reason, he really didn’t want to. Maybe it was because he wanted more friends? He did only have two. Yes, excluding his parents.

The phone vibrated once again. 

Unknown: Sorry that was my friend.

Unknown: Please just answer the question though, my friend is getting restless

Hao: If you're going to answer mine

Unknown: Mhm

Hao: I have a dog??

Unknown: Oh

He gulped in nervousness. Was that a bit too much? Too strong? He never had to ask someone to be friends, it sorta just happened so this was completely new. The phone vibrated one more time.

Unknown: Thatd be cool tbh

Unknown: Also my friend wants to see more of your dog

A breath of relief. “Thank ing God.”
