Replaced“Tch. What great hyungs I have”
“YOU ING BRAT, THAT’S ING IT” Hanbin shouted approaching the maknae, Chanwoo could tell he is ready to attack him anytime soon. He was too dumbfounded to even move, thankfully the rest of the members were there to block the leader from touching the youngest.
“Hyung, calm down” Junhoe told the leader. Hanbin stopped his movements and sighed to relax himself, even though his face was still clearly shown that he was furious. “Do you realize what your position in this group, huh?” Hanbin asked with a serious tone. Chanwoo didn’t dare to even look at him in the eyes, let alone answering his question. “You are the youngest. OUR MAKNAE FOR GOD’S SAKE” Hanbin shouted to him.
“HOW DARE YOU TALK TO US AS IF YOU DON’T RESPECT US ANYMORE” Hanbin shouted again, this time a little more louder than the previous one. The room went silent; the only thing that was heard was echoes as the effect from the leader’s shout. Seeing how messed up the situation is, Chanwoo decided that this was it. He gives up.
“I am sorry hyungs. It seems like whatever I do or think here doesn’t mean a thing to you guys and is somehow always wrong. I won’t disappoint hyungs anymore. You guys wanted some quality time tonight right? Let’s do it. I’ll be in my room, getting ready” Chanwoo explained giving them an obviously faked smile and insincerity in his voice. He then went straightly into his room leaving the hyungs bewildered.
Bobby sighed and lie himself to the floor of the livingroom. “Yah, don’t you guys think all of this is just too much?” Bobby asked frustrated. “Why in the world did we refuse his offer huh?” Bobby asked again this time pulling out his hair in frustration.
“Let me talk to him, please” Donghyuk offered out of the blue. Worry was clearly shown in his eyes. Bobby then held his hands to calm him down. “Let’s give him some space for now, Donghyuk-ah” Bobby then gave him a warm embrace. “Should we be worried hyungs?” Donghyuk asked still in Bobby’s embrace. “Even in our worst situation like that, he still chooses him” Donghyuk continued.
“I’ll go talk to him" Hanbin said sternly as he went inside Chanwoo’s room leaving the other members dumbfounded.
Hanbin opened the door to see Chanwoo playing his phone. What Hanbin realize is that he saw him quickly wiping off his tears as he grabbed his phone. Hanbin took a deep breath as he approached him and think of the words to say to the maknae.
“Chanu-yah, we're sorry. No, I’m sorry. I never should've exploded like that. If you want to bring Moonbin with us, we're perfectly fine with it" Chanwoo looked at the leader with judging eyes. Hanbin expected this from the maknae.
"I already said that i won't disappoint hyungs anymore. Obviously, bringing him is not want hyungs actually want, so i'm not bringing him, hyung" Chanwoo explained with no sincerity whatsoever in his tone, almost like talking to a robot. Hanbin knows that this is his way of protesting, he could only sigh.
"I'm serious, Chanwoo. It's okay-"
"If it's really okay then please tell me why you refused in the first place!" Chanwoo exclaimed cutting of the leader with a raised tone. He realizes his mistake and apologized to the older.
"I'm sorry, hyung. That just came out of nowhere. It's okay hyung, let’s just go and not make a fuss about this" Chanwoo said leaving the room causing Hanbin to groan in frustration.
The trip to the arcade ended up having all of them scattered, each of them playing games on their own. Jinhwan however, decided to tail Chanwoo around. He waits for the maknae to finish playing pinball aggressively. After he saw Chanwoo done playing the said game he quickly approached him
“Hey Chanwoo, I heard today there’s the baseball match you’ve been waiting for” Jinhwan stated causing Chanwoo to only nod, not even looking at the hyung’s direction. “Do you want to reserve the TV and watch it together?” The eldest continued to ask full of hope. Chanwoo didn’t answer for a couple of moment and just went silent.
“I don’t think I’m into baseball anymore, hyung” Chanwoo finally said breaking the silence. “Oh.. but still, we’re having a sleepover in the living room and we could watch whatever you want, so what do you think?” Jinhwan asked again sincerely. “Hyung, I appreciate the offer but I don’t want to cause more trouble. I think it’s better if I spend the night alone for today, don’t you think?” Chanwoo smiled at the hyung as he said those words. It was obvious to Chanwoo that Jinhwan was not happy by his refusal.
“Guys! What are yall doing? Help me beat Hanbin here!!” Bobby shouted at the both of them as he shoots a couple of balls to the ring. Jinhwan
