Nancy woke up from her bad dream but also Chung Ha.

“N-Nancy, I-I dreamt of J-Jisoo. S-she-”

“She cut .” Nancy said.

“You know?” Chung Ha asks.

“I dreamt of it too just now.” Nancy said.

Chung Ha get off from the bed and Nancy followed her.

They went out of the room.

They saw Yunsik and Jin Ho already out of the room.

“Did you guys had a nightmare?” Chung Ha asks.

“Ne.” they said.

Then, the couples came out from their rooms.

“Guys, we had a nightmare.” Somi said.

“Us too.” Do Yeon said.

“We are all had the same dream.” Nancy said.

The thunder roar loudly that make the girls scream.

“I think we should check Jisoo.” Nancy said.

“Are you crazy?” Hyunwoo asks.

“Isn’t strange that we had the same dream just now? Maybe Jisoo wants to see us.” Nancy said.

“We should visit her tomorrow.” Jin Ho said.

“I agree.” Chung Ha said.

“Me too.” Yunsik said.

“Tomorrow we will go there.” Seungjun said.

The next day, Nancy and her friends went to Jisoo’s house.

“It looks abandoned to me.” Somi said.

Hyunwoo pressed the doorbell.

“It doesn’t work.” Hyunwoo said.

Seungjun tries to open the gate.

“Guys, it wasn’t locked.” Seungjun said.

“Let’s go in.” Yunsik said.

“Yah… Are you serious? That’s trespassing.” Chung Ha said in a very low voice.

“Then, stay here.” Do Yeon said.

But Chung Ha chose to follow them.

The house is quiet.

“I think no one lives here.” Somi said.

While everyone is checking the other rooms, Nancy saw something walk pass from her side.

Then, the door on her side, slightly opened.

She checks in the room and something caught her attention. It is a doll wearing a black dress, sitting on the bed.

“Why is a beautiful doll doing here alone?” Nancy asks.

She holds the doll. But when she touches the hair, she got hurt. She drops the doll and checks on her finger that has now blood coming from the cut.

“Nancy, let’s go.” Jin Ho said.

“Ne.” Nancy said and left the room.

The doll’s hand move a little after they left.

“No one lives here, I think.” Jin Ho said.

“Let’s get out of here.” Do Yeon said.

They are now finally out when a woman saw them.

“Omo! Kids, what are you doing there?” the woman asks.

“We’re looking for Park Jisoo.” Yunsik said.

“They already left 2 years ago.” The woman said.

“Left? Where?” Jin Ho asks.

“I heard she and her mother went back to their home town.” The woman said.

“Do you know where it is?” Nancy asks.

“Aniyo.” The woman said.

“Thank you.” They said.

Then, the woman left.

“How do we know where she is?” Chung Ha asks.

“Try to remember the day when she first came to our class.” Hyunwoo said.

“Jeoju?” Seungjun asks.

“Curse?” Do Yeon asks.

“Jeoju Village. I remember when she told us where she came from, everyone avoided her because it sounds like she came from a cursed village.” Seungjun said.

“Where is that place?” Somi asks.

“We can track it from the internet.” Seungjun said.

“As expected from my baby. You’re not only tall and handsome but smart too.” Do Yeon said.

Nancy suddenly senses that someone is watching them.

She looks around and when she looks at the second floor of Jisoo’s house, the doll is looking at them from the window.

“AHHH!” she screamed.

“Why?” they ask.

“D-Doll.” She said while pointing at the second floor’s window.

“There’s no doll there.” Chung Ha said.

“Nancy and her imagination.” Somi said.

“I need to go. I have a date with Yooni.” Yunsik said.

“Ok. Let’s call each other if we found something.” Hyunwoo said.

Nancy is walking again in the same village.

“Jisoo.” She’s calling her friend’s name.

She checks every house but they are empty.

On the last house, she saw Jisoo sitting on the chair and on her lap is the doll.

“Jisoo.” She said.

“I’ve been waiting for you, Nancy…” Jisoo said.

The doll suddenly fly towards her and strangle her.

Nancy tried to remove the doll but it is strong.

She can’t breath.

‘Wake up, Nancy! Wake up!’ she thought.

She forcedly wake herself up.

Nancy woke up from her nightmare. Her heart is beating faster. She checks at the time and it is already 6:00 in the morning.

She went to the bathroom to wash her face.

She didn’t know that the doll that she saw in Jisoo’s house and in her dream is hiding under her bed.

Nancy looks at the mirror and notice that there are two red little hands mark on her neck.

“Where did I get this?” she asks.

Just then, the doorbell rings.

It means that Jin Ho already arrived.

Nancy covered the red marks with a scarf then left the room.

The doll watches Nancy and Jin Ho leaving.

“Aish! Yoon Sanha, stop following me.” Chung Ha said to the guy that always following her.

“Where are you going? I want to meet your friends and hang out with you.” Sanha said.

“No.” Chung Ha said. “I’m going to the library.”

“Why?” Sanha asks.

“I need to search on something.” Chung Ha said.

At last they arrived at the library.

Chung Ha uses the computer to search on something.

“Jeoju Village? Why are you looking for a cursed village?” Sanha asks.

“It is not a cursed village. The village’s name is Jeoju.” Chung Ha said.

“Then it is cursed.” Sanha said. “Are you going there?”

“Ne. A friend of mine lives there.” Chung Ha said.

“Do you know how to get there?” Sanha asks.

“No that’s why I am searching it.” Chung Ha said.

“Why are you two searching about Jeoju Village?” someone asks from their back.

“Prof. Chanmi, Annyeong Hasaeyo.” They greet.

“Prof. Chanmi, do you know Jeoju Village?” Chung Ha asks.

“I heard it from Nancy’s Aunt Ara. It is known as the witch doctor’s village that’s why it is called Jeoju Village.” Chanmi said.

“Do you know how to get there?” Sanha asks.

“We’ve never go there.” Chanmi said. “After what we had experienced with witches and voodoo dolls.” She whispered.

“What?” the two ask.

“Nothing. Anyway, why are you going there?” Chanmi asks.

“Our friend lives there.” Chung Ha said.

“If you want to go there, I know someone who can help you.” Chanmi said.

“Who?” Chung Ha asks.

“Nancy’s Aunt Ara.” Chanmi said.

“Ah… Thank you, Prof. Chanmi.” Chung Ha said.

After talking to Chanmi, Chung Ha and Sanha went to the café where Chung Ha’s friends are hanging out.

“Guys, I know someone who can help us.” Chung Ha said.

“Him?” they ask.

“Him?” Chung Ha asks and looks on her side.

Sanha is smiling ear-to-ear.

“Not you! Why are you here anyway?” Chung Ha asks.

“I want to join you.” Sanha said.

“No. Just go.” Chung Ha said.

“But-” Sanha said.

“Go.” Chung Ha said.

Sanha pouts while leaving.

“So, what are you saying?” Do Yeon asks.

“I talked to Prof. Chanmi and she told me that Nancy’s aunt can help us.” Chung Ha said.

“Aunt Sica?” Nancy asks.

“No. The other one.” Chung Ha said.

“Aunt Ara?” Nancy asks.

“Do you have another aunt beside them?” Chung Ha asks.

“Ne. Prof. Chanmi’s mother, Aunt Jiyeon then Aunt Taeyeon and Aunt Gyuri. Our families are close.” Nancy said.

“Anyway, you should talk to your Aunt Ara.” Do Yeon said.

“I’ll try.” Nancy said but she is full of worries.

She knew that her aunt was a witch and used to be immortal. She knew about the story of her Uncle Heechul and Aunt Jessica’s stories about dolls. As well as her cousins stories.

Meanwhile, at Chanmi’s house…

“Hey, honey! How are you?” Chanmi’s mom, Jiyeon, said.

Chanmi and her mom are talking through Skype.

“Great. How are you and appa?” Chanmi said.

“Busy as ever but we’ll try to go there this Christmas.”

“Is Nuri coming with you?”

“He’s busy, honey.”

Chanmi sighed.

“Don’t be sad, honey. Nuri is really determine to show to your dad that he can take care of you. Anyway, I heard from Ara that their niece is studying in SNU.”

“Ah, yeah. She and her friends are all in SNU. But umma, I think there is something going on with them. A while ago, I saw her friend searching about Jeoju Village.”

“That’s where Ara came from. What are they going to do there?”

“I don’t know. Her friend just told me that a friend of theirs is living there.”

“You should watch them. We don’t want to repeat what happened to us.”

“I know that’s why I told her that they need to ask Ara.”

“Ok. Good. I am not going to mention this to your father but be careful.”

“Ne.”

Chanmi ended the conversation with her mom.

Nancy is in the living room. She is thinking if she should call her aunt when Jin Ho came.

“Are you alright?” Jin Ho asks.

“I’m fine.” Nancy said.

“Did you talked to your aunt?” Jin Ho asks.

“Not yet. If I mention to her about that village, she might fly back here which is I don’t want to happen. Uncle and aunt really wanted to have a child that’s why they went to US to get help from the doctors there.” Nancy said.

“What’s with that village that you are scared?” Jin Ho asks.

Nancy doesn’t know what to say. How can she say to Jin Ho that her aunt used to be a witch that grew up in that village?

Just then, they heard something from above.

“What was that?” Jin Ho asks.

“I don’t know.” Nancy said.

Jin Ho climbs the stairs followed by Nancy.

Nancy’s bedroom door is slightly open.

Jin Ho slowly opens the door and suddenly something jump to him.
