Taeyong woke up from his alarm. He was confused at first “that’s odd” he thought, he could’ve sworn just a minute ago he was with Ten, unless…

Oh God

Taeyong let out a frustrated groan. It can’t be a dream, it was too vivid, too detailed to be a dream. However, he thought that it is too impossible to happen, maybe he was just too ambitious and tiredness got the most of his imagination.

He searched for his phone to turn off his alarm to find out that is wasn’t an alarm at all, it was a phone call and caller I.D was odd. It was like an alien messed with his keyboard and typed out unorthodox random characters

No, wait

This wasn’t alien language it was in Thai, but he doesn’t know how to read in Thai and he doesn’t know anyone who is Thai. Unless…

“Hello?” Taeyong said lowly “Who’s this?”

“What do you mean who’s this?” a male with a pitched yet husky voice said “this is Ten. We were together a few minutes ago. I can’t believe you already forgot about me.”

Ten? As in Ten the adorable Thai from the party?

 It wasn’t just a dream after all but Taeyong needs to get things straight. He can’t be mixing reality from imaginary
“Ten! Of course. We just had lunch. What’s up?” Taeyong tried to act cool, to which he was miserably failing I might add

“What’s up?” Taeyong could practically hear the pout from Ten “You said we were going to hang out after my class. So, my class is now over. I’m expecting us to hang out.”

“Uh yeah of course” Taeyong couldn’t remember this at all but in contrary he thought his whole acquaintance with Ten was a complete dream half a minute ago “Where should we go?”

“Hmm” Ten hummed “I don’t really want to go anywhere; I just want to hang out. However, I am rather hungry.”

“Well, let’s hang out at my dorm then. I can cook you something.”

“Can you cook me ddeokbokki?” Ten trailed as if asking hopefully yet teasingly

“Yes” Taeyong replied in the same tone

“Yay!” Ten cheered “I’ll be there in less than 5 minutes!”

Ten hung up and there was a bright smile lingering on Taeyong lips. The Thai was just too cute

As promised, Ten arrived exactly 5 minutes later
“Taeyong-hyung!” Ten greeted the elder cheerfully” I hear you can cook ddeokbokki.”

“Y-Yea.”

Ten pass by Taeyong through the door and made his way to the kitchen

“okay, okay.” Ten clapped his hands “I think we should start.”

Taeyong awkwardly made his way to Ten’s side and suddenly poked his cheek which surprised the younger.

“He’s real” Taeyong whispered which Ten barely heard

“What was that?” Ten asked cocking his head to the side cutely “N-Nothing” Taeyong said nervously

“I have to go to the market though, I don’t think I have the ingredients for making ddeokbokki.” Taeyong scratches the back of his neck “I’ll come with you then!” Ten exclaimed

Ten and Taeyong walked to the market since it was a walking distance from the university dorms. The talked along the way but Taeyong can’t help but think that Ten should be hanging out with his friends instead of him. Don’t get him wrong. He enjoys the company of Ten more than his friends to be honest but he couldn’t help but wonder what Ten would do at this very moment when they didn’t cross paths at Yugeom’s party

“Ten?” He called the latter “Yeah?” Ten replied with a cheerful smile that never fails to amuse Taeyong “where are your friends? Why are you spending your free time with me?”

“Don’t you like me around?” Ten was now frowning “I do! I like your company very much Chittapon.. I was just wondering.”

While they were walking to the market Ten told Taeyong all about his friends and why he wasn’t with them; the reason is partially because he liked Taeyong’s company but at the same time they were also too busy. Apparently, being an art student is either stressful or completely laid back. For some of Ten’s friends, like Johnny who studies performing arts and advertising was pretty laid back and liked to party a lot and usually gets into one night stands. Johnny however is Ten’s best friend and though they seem to be completely opposites they do get along well. Johnny was also the first person to talk to Ten when he first came to university considering they’re roommates but Johnny helped him around since he was new in Korea and didn’t know places and the culture too well.

“How did you know Bambam then?” Taeyong asks suddenly remembering their first encounter

“Bambam is Thai.” Ten states in a ‘duh tone as if it was so obvious “It wasn’t hard for us to be friends considering there aren’t many Thais here.”

“I get that he’s Thai but how did you two meet? He’s a Science major.”

“oh..” Ten turned silent as if Taeyong opened a serious topic

“did I say something wrong? I’m sorry if I did.”

“what? No. you didn’t say anything wrong.” Ten laughed awkwardly “I met him through Yugeom.”
